I went to my first appointment here today. The lobby was clean, the receptionists, dental assistants and dentist were all kind and informative. Patient area is clean as well and the whole place has a nice aesthetic. I’ll be returning here for more dental work.

This is the best clinic I’ve been to by far in the city - from the front desk, to the nurses and doctors, they all actually seem to care, which hasn’t been my experience in other places. They were super kind and professional. My doctor referred me to a specialist, instead of just telling me to keep waiting for things to heal, like other clinics have done. Plus, they checked my blood, which was another bonus. They don’t just shoo you in and out, they do their best to take care of you. Highly recommended!

I went to my appointment at the new location on 47th & Ashland. Id give it s 5 star if it wasn't for the Rude receptionist that attended me at 8:10 in the morning. Its a health care clinic the African American lady was so rude and acted like she hated her job or just didn't not want to be there. So she must be trained more on her customer service skills. But, for the first time meeting Dr. Logan, S. I saw his kindness, attention to detail and when his words said " Dont worry Ill take care of you " . When he saw what was my diagnosis. I felt so relief and believe his word. Ive had the flu for almost 4 weeks now and been through 2 hospitals and all they said was i had to way it out and never offered me antibiotics. He listened to what i had to say and i also told him about a certain medicine I used to take to help me recover and i told him that worked. He said he can assume id get that same medication plus the antibiotics. I almost cried because that showed me he cares for his patients. Please keep him because there are not very doctors like him. I Cant wait for my prescription to be ready and hopefully i n 1 to 2 weeks the results will show. Thanks Doctor Logan, S for your kindness

Dr. Ofudo was provided a 604.10B evaluation detailing the extent of the emotional abuse ongoing in the family. Instead of using it as a way to repair the father/son relationship, she ignored the expertise of the psychologist who had 20 years of experience behind the research. Instead, Dr. Ofudo, with her 1 year of experience decided she knew better. Also against the advice of the psychologist of the 604.10B evaluation, she ended reunification therapy. This has caused a further strain and damage to an already challenged relationship. How can I or my family recover when psychologists with so little experience ignore irrefutable data from psychologists with decades of experience? To be frank, I don't think she even read the report because in a follow up conversation, she couldn't cite specifics from the report she was refuting. Instead, she referred to the whole report as a "he said/she said." If you know what a 604.10B, you know this is not the case. TFI and Dr. Ofudo are not qualified to handle or treat the severe emotional abuse my son was subjected to, and it's evident in the fact that when I expressed my concerns to the TFI leadership, they ignored my request. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I went to Bobby Wright years ago. They are the only people that helped me in my drug addiction, and I went to many places for help. I believe that the drug counselors there were actually recovering addicts their self. They knew how to interact with people that were there because of their experiences, they kept it real and they taught me a lot and if I ever come into some money in my life, I would donate as much as I can to this place. Thank you all for helping me. I love you all.

Cira Center has amazing staff that are passionate about the work they are doing and are inclusive of all identities. They truly want to help you along your journey. Their office staff are always available to respond to questions and assist where they can. I would definitely recommend taking a look at their list of therapists as there are so many diverse options and specializations.

I was fortunate to be recommended here for post adoption counseling for my daughter who was having adjustment issues. The therapist was amazing, the center was warm, inviting and knowledgeable and helpful. Its rare that people are good at their jobs and good with people, delivering the hard to hear “news” and/or the good “news” with equals compassion. I will be forever grateful for all her therapist Sevil did for her and the help I received from the Center. I would definitely recommend it for your post adoption needs.

This place crushed me. I had hope and was finally recovering. I was due to see this place before a huge milestone in my life until I received a call that i am no longer wanted at their services because i have no more money. So you see if you feed them their money they are all good and mighty but once they drain you, you’re nothing to them. The trust you build with them was never genuine, it was all mounted on money. At the end you’re left at relapse and disappointment. Pilsen wellness center doesn’t care.

My granddaughter came to the clinic Friday and the NP said she had strep throat and would send medication to our pharmacy. Well the medication never was sent so that’s the whole weekend with her crying and cannot swallow. So Monday morning we go there and explain and the lady actually never apologized said she was sorry or the Nurae Practitioner error and we will get it done immediately. No she said they may call you today or maybe tomorrow. No one ever comes to the phone and she still has no medication. This place is appalling they forgot to CARE. Never ever come here I will update when they answer the phone and she gets her medication

They have some very nice and experienced people who have no problem answering questions pointing you towards resources. There has been times when I’ve come in here and it seemed a little dusty, but the bathroom is always clean. The only thing is, I think the computers are a little bit too close to each other, but in the grand scheme of things that is really a non-issue

Anados Defered

This is a 28 bed locked adult psychiatric unit in an inner city hospital on the West Side of Chicago. It's patients indigent, impoverished largely African American and Hispanic, also some of Russian and Eastern European descent linked to the Jewish community. No one, including the undocumented, turned away - as part of Sinai's charter, dependent on funding. Well networked with community groups & organizations. Discharge planning considers all needs: housing, all follow-up treatment incl. substance abuse, beginning on the day of admission to insure continuity and reintegration of patients into their lives. To the extent that is possible. Sometimes it is not. Many of the patients have combined addiction, psychiatric and medical problems, which change their lives. The disconnect between being ill and well for many is real. Folks need help recovering that which they've lost. Rational thought. Self-control. Sleep. Nutrition. Bathing. Alienated from family, friends, staff become as familiar reality contacts as patients stabilize. Trust is key. It's a process. Rate of repeat admissions with some almost predictable. Physicians, residents, OT, RT, nursing & social services all join to help folks regain basic activities of daily living, to optimize their level of function as far as realistically possible. It's not perfect. No place is. It's a start. The staff, unit and medical director do their best to provide a safe milieu to begin healing. That's no mean feat in this area, or in these troubled times.

Changed insurance and was told their intake process would require that I have multiple sessions with a therapist first and that it would be about 1.5 months before I would be able to see a psychiatrist. I explained that I had a prescription with a previous psychiatrist and that I had been unable to get my medication for more than a month, but they wouldn't budge.

I had a very positive experience at Clarity Clinic with the provider Sharon Coys. Sharon was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I loved how Sharon took the time to get to know more about me and my past. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and appreciated how thorough Sharon was. Highly recommend Sharon Coys PA-C!
