Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities

I have been enrolled in Lone Star Behavioral Health for the past 7 months, and I can say it is one of the best outpatient programs that is available. From the techs to the administrative level, everyone is there to help you and to help your progression. I have had the privilege of interacting with great therapist in the program. They not only teach you skills and coping mechanisms to help you deal with your problem, but they are also open to lesson ideas, and teach in a way that everyone can take something away from each day.I would highly recommend Lone Star Behavioral Health to anyone who is seeking help in an outpatient setting.

Straub Outpatient Treatment Center is THE best treatment facility in the state! I went there for my cancer treatment in 2018 and currently go there for my infusion treatments. They have the most caring and personable nurses. They treat you with the utmost care and more importantly, genuinely treat you as though you were a family member. They remember everything about you, your conversations, your family... They helped me get through some very difficult times and I am truly blessed to be under their care. The ENTIRE staff is an asset to Straub Medical Center.

Here are some of the absolute best humans you’ll meet. They are a mixture of hardworking people who have captured my heart and changed my life. Thank you Bear River Therapists, Case managers, Social workers, medical team and support staff for all you do.

Windward Mental Health is truly outstanding. From the caring staff to the compassionate therapists, every aspect of my experience was supportive and healing. They create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and valued. I'm incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality mental health care.

Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with ADHD. After a negative experience with a doctor who didn’t specialize in ADHD, prescribed too high a dosage of a medication, and didn’t listen to me, I was hesitant to seek help again. However, as I began struggling again with organization, managing schoolwork, and keeping my space clean, I decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did.

I appreciate Dr. Ko for taking the time and hearing out my situation in its entirety. He took time to carefully explain his evaluation and treatment plans for me. Once we agreed to a treatment plan Dr. Ko gave me his number and remained available even after hours to walk me through. I appreciated how I wasn't some one and done patient to him. I am more functional now and feel I'm making major improvements.

All around amazing. Dr. Anna Shier is so kind and attentive to her patients and really puts effort into helping improve lives as much as she can. And Dr. Brianna Aldrich is amazing aswell. Very thorough and thoughtful. Very thankful I found Shier Private Practice, I genuinely can not imagine a better psychiatrist office, this is by far the best.

Finding Dr. Jacques and Dr. Carla has truly been a life-changing experience. They are the duo I didn’t know I needed, and together, they have provided me with the most well-rounded, compassionate, and effective care I’ve ever received.

Top notch facility. Oops let me rephrase that, top notch home for those looking to rehabilitate their lives. I’m coming back alive. Rachel, Allison, Greg, Heather, Richard, Alina, Jose, Jason, Alisa, Alyssa, Rose, and more come together as a team, to not only make you feel welcomed, but to help you cope and teach you how to manage your life. They teach you how to cope with life challenges, to not only prevent relapse, but manage multiple life challenges.. Their facility is top-notch, beautiful bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, beautiful everything!!! The techs serve you as though they are butlers, it is amazing!! The food is absolutely delicious, Jose does a wonderful job in the kitchen. I couldn’t be more happy to have been led to this place. If you are looking for a facility to rehabilitate your life from drugs or alcohol this is the place for you they do take it serious though so please be serious about your recovery. I have had two children receive care from Andrew over the recent years. He listens, and seems invested and caring. I am so happy to have found him; the counselor who was working with my kids provided his name among others. Making an appt and communication through the portal is very convenient also.

I highly recommend Lighthouse Health Group. I am thrilled I found Daryl Ross when I moved here 4 years ago. Her level of expertise in her field has been extremely helpful. Daryl Ross along with the Reception Staff is always helpful, welcoming, and friendly as well.

Dr Bercot is a great psychiatrist who personalizes treatment plans to the individual. Further, Dr Bercot is highly responsive and a great listener. In short, he is the best psychiatrist I have ever worked with.

I loved my stay and I loved BOTH white and African Americans named Karen that worked there! 😇

The receptionists Bella at the Little Rock location and Cody at the Conway location rock!!!! Danielle and Sarah are awesome providers. My friends who have gone to new path as well have had very positive things to say about my recommendation. If you want a mental health clinic that really cares about you, these guys are great!!!

Love seeing Nathan Howard!!!! He has been amazing in understanding my feelings and helping me work through my issues. He gives me the confidence to keep pushing forward when sometimes I want to crumble. I feel much better mentally and feel like I can accomplish most things I never thought I could. I am so glad to have found someone who cares about me and my mental health. Nate doesn’t make you feel rushed or you are like a number to him. He genuinely cares for his patients and that in itself is extremely hard to find. Thank you and your staff for helping me and being the kind individuals you are.

Dr. Cassidy and his staff are incredibly thoughtful and caring. Dr. Cassidy goes out of his way to work with you and other members of your care team. Portal messages and phone calls are responded to promptly. Dr. Cassidy has been a true blessing to our family during difficult times.
