About Telehealth

Telehealth mental health services allow individuals to access therapy, psychiatric care, or counseling through video calls, phone sessions, or secure messaging platforms. These services extend access to care for people with transportation barriers, scheduling constraints, or limited local provider options.

Telehealth can be used for individual therapy, couples counseling, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Many of the same evidence-based treatments available in-person — including CBT, DBT, and talk therapy — are also delivered effectively through telehealth formats.
