My experience with Dr. Fleck at Prosper Psychological Testing Services was exceptional. She is incredibly attentive, organized, and truly 'on top of it.' It's clear she's dedicated to providing thorough and effective care. Dr. Fleck quickly grasped my concerns and provided insightful, practical guidance.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First they charge me as a no show when I was in the hospital for five days and called them the morning of to let them know that I couldn’t be there but because it wasn’t enough time, I was charged for the visit. Then I was told that it would be removed and it never was. I went there today for an appointment and since I have new insurance, I wasn’t sure how much it was going to be. I walked in and they said it was going to be $124.50 for my visit which I didn’t have. I was told that even though I was standing there and was early for my appointment, that I would be charged as a no show and when I asked if I could reschedule for a date where I would have the money, I was told that I am not allowed to reschedule until I pay the no show fee for today. So even though I was there, I was now allowed to see the provider but will still be charged for it. I have worked in healthcare for many years and I have never been treated this way. I understand charging for not hearing from someone but when someone is in the hospital and calls to tell you that, or someone shows up for the appointment but for one reason or another is unable to pay, there needs to be some leeway. I would have been okay with rescheduling for when I can pay but now I will be looking for a different practice to go to because the way that I was treated is unacceptable. My insurance company will also be notified that I was in fact not seen today and they won’t see a single penny from me. When you contact them, you don’t get a call back. You leave them a message and no response. A majority of the time, they don’t answer the phone so if no one will answer and no one calls you back, how can you possibly notify them that you are in the hospital or had a last minute emergency and won’t be able to make it? I get that they need to be paid, but whomever is setting their policies and handling their finances should try and put the patients first and stop stealing from them. I will never be back.
