They are so rude! The lady at the front desk did not want to give me her name because she knows she was in the wrong. I got the names of Sarah and Jarret Yu and they are so unprofessional. They do not care for their patients here. I will be switching my clinic. They canceled my appointment without letting me know! I cleared my schedule for that day and time for apparently no reason.

Horrible. Not only is it hard to find a psychiatrist appointment, when you finally get it, they would have you waiting for half an hour for nothing. I make an appointment waited three weeks for my first visit. Arrived 15 minutes earlier as recommended. Nobody approached me. I was in the waiting room for 25 minutes and was never called. Hope you don’t have to deal with this. I won’t ever come back.

If you’re a female telling your story and is in the room with DETECTIVE MCCLAY!! Make sure you have a man with you or a lady witness! Because he would make you feel uncomfortable by lying on you! Nothing was done about my case! He hasn’t reached out to me it’s been at least 3 years! If you sexualized me from my childhood just say so sick man!!! When I was explaining my story I would say “you know” now this man don’t know me from a can of paint! He had the nerve to tell me “what you’re not going to do is come in here and insult me” I said oh I’m sorry what did I say?! Well guess what y’all ?! He couldn’t say nothing! Want to know why?! Because I’ve never said nothing towards him! Now how did you get insulted over words that never passed my lips?!!! I’m not here speaking out against you, so why get offended! Well in the psychological world… it’s called A GUILTY Consciousness!! So thanks for giving me the heads up on how you really treat women behind closed doors! When I tell you I have been suffering from anxiety since that day, it’s not even funny! All of you will reap what you sow! Look me up by my name because you will remember me sir! I won’t stop until I get the justice I deserve!!! Also he didn’t even offer a female to be in the room with me due to what I was giving my statement about, to ensure I was comfortable. He’s dark skinned heavy set and very passively aggressive!

Mr.Allen may mean well and seems to be a sweet guy.. but he is a deeply ineffective counselor. I attended 4 family sessions with him and each session was more useless than the last. Coming to Allen's family counseling center did more harm than good. He should probably consider retiring as his process and approach is vastly dated.

I had an out-of-state relative admitted to this program recently. I drove my entire family (husband and 3 kids) 1.5 hours through traffic from a far western suburb to visit with my relative. The Visiting hours listed in the patient materials clearly stated 3:30pm to 5:30pm. However, when we arrived, we were told that it was 3pm-5pm. This left us very little time to spend with our loved one, especially with the 2 person rule. We attempted to bring this inconsistency to the attention of the staff, but our concerns and requests were ignored. I understand that boundaries and rules are in place for valid reasons. However, it was clearly Pathlight's error; and they were unwilling to compromise to settle on an adequate solution for all. It seems like a very basic thing to have your actual schedule align with your printed patient materials. It's extremely unfair to "dig your heels in" to be the most restrictive when it's clearly your facility's error, especially when it comes to the vulnerable population that you are supposed to be serving.

They dropped me without warning in the middle of my treatment. I started therapy and psychiatry here after being homeless for a few months. A year later I was on my feet again and got a job. Multiple staff at the wellness center at multiple locations told me to take a PPO plan so they could continue working w me. Once I got on a PPO plan they cancelled all of my appointments and told me I was no longer allowed to get further assistance, even though my insurance states they have to take me. I now have to find a new psychiatrist and worry I will not find medication in time for my next renewal. I was told my therapist would assist me in finding a new psychiatrist but they dropped him too, and told me I am no longer allowed to contact him due to their insurance policy. My psychiatrist was even complaining about how awful they treat their clients. I am disgusted w the gaslighting and back and forth between their offices to get any consistent answer from any of the staff. Very dehumanizing. Don’t go here if you can.

I had an mental health appointment with Dr. Sarlls. Solely based on that, the review is a 5/5, especially as a first time mental health patient. He was a great listener and helped me organize my own thoughts and experiences in order to reach a diagnosis. Unfortunately, the communication and reliability from the clinic have been misses. I have had three appointments with them and two of the three have been cancelled fairly close to the appointment by the clinic. I am sure both times had good reasons, but it is obviously not what I would hope for from a practice and something I would advise others keep in mind. My feedback for the practice would be to have the medical care professional reach out in this case. The last appointment that was cancelled was a follow up to evaluate how my medication had been going, so with this cancelled I am left in the lurch with no refill. Compounded on this, it is expensive. Now I can not easily say to what extent this is the fault of the practice vs insurance, but it is all the more reason I would have preferred clearer communication and consistency. I was not properly informed ahead of time of what the cost would be and then paid nearly $300 for an appointment that now has dead-ended since I have just decided not to refill. This is my choice, but one I have made in light of how this process has gone. Hopefully Clarity Clinic can take this feedback on board, as I truly had a great initial consultation. I wish their team the best ❤️

Im a client for a little over a year here at trilogy. In that time the counselors and staff have been top notch caring professional staff. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about them. This is in regards to thier financial services team who clients have no access to and i can definetly see why. Without going into specific details about my personal case i just want to say that they have left me feeling like a penny waiting for change. I dont think they care or have any sense of urgency. They definetly seem unknowledgable and slow as molasses.

This office does not know what they are doing. Go to a different location if possible. The waiting time is ridiculous. I had an appointment today for 9am. I was told to go to the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor check-in woman told me to go to the 1st floor. So I gave the lady in the office checking everyone in my information BEFORE 9am. There was 4 ppl in the waiting room when I arrived. It is now 11:05am and I just walked out!! They called everyone in the office who was there before me and even came after me. There was ppl who came and left within the time I been waiting. The lady at the desk claimed that my appt was at 10am. Why would I show up at 9am for a 10am appt when I live less than 10 min away?? That doesn't even make any sense. I literally received an automatic call last night to confirm my 9AM appointment TODAY!! The lady at the desk originally told me she might not have checked me in which is what I think the problem was. Even after I spoke with them numerous times, there was several patients being called after me. Nobody apologized to me for their lack of communication, not doing their job properly. There is no reason anyone should be waiting for 2 hours in a doctor's office just to not be seen. It's ridiculous. They need to do better and hire new workers. I will never come to this office again.

I don’t want to mention the inspector's name, but he is the worst inspector. I don't understand how someone in a government job can forget about time with clients and not take responsibility for it. He provided different times and different rules, demonstrating unprofessional behavior. Harassing clients. He thinks he is the busy person and no one else any thing to do. Overall, the home inspection process feels like a big scam.

The atmosphere is depressing very triggering ... The staff disrespectful they ignore you if you need help they bang on the doors as loud as physically possible at the crack of dawn and all throughout the night and day sleep doesn't come easy.It was triggering very difficult for me to live here and at the time having just lost my father, they didn't understand I was grieving I guess they expected me to be fine and dandy. Its ran like a military or boot camp certain protocols.Dr McCall comes in angry everyday demands everyone outside in the hall often on every floor to hold meetings and yell she actually even yells at staff over the intercoms.I have asthma so I have exacerbations during a season change and I was having one while staying here the African or Nigerian staff thought because it's a mental health facility I was imagining it (I suffer no mental illness) I just needed a place to stay I was homeless and couldn't find a shelter)so he didn't want to send me to the hospital I was almost fighting for my life to breath and they finally sent me to the hospital and still insisted I was imagining it even after I had paperwork from the hospital and it being documented in my paperwork so I had no problems with leaving here the only good staff was Byron I hope he's doing fine...

I have a friend there and they treat her like a prisoner. I am also treated badly when I come to visit her. They sometime change their minds and tell me she can't have any visitors. They change the rules often. I looked on the website to see names of people in charge so I can make a complaint, but there are no names. They only give me the names of lower level workers who are the ones insuring that I cannot speak to someone in charge.

I called to inquire about possibly rescheduling my appointment. I was at work and it was loud. I stated at the end " let me speak with my job and see if they will work with me, I'll call back". I suggest CLEARLY STATING that you are not cancelling your appointment and want to keep it. My appointment was cancelled by the woman I was speaking with and now I have to wait another month because of someone else's assumption. All I was told is "sorry this happened but there is nothing we can do". I'm incredibly frustrated.

Very good place to get your life together again. Welcoming, friendly reception staff. Case manager knowledgeable and so helpful that without asking got me assistance I didn't even know I qualified for. Professional, engaging and understanding counselor. Most of the time a visit take only 5 to 15 minutes so that's another plus. All of the above are of course are my own personal experiences and opinions. I really like FGC, even recommended it to couple of my friends who enrolled recently. Keep up great work!!!

Hadn’t really complained about my experience as an Esperanza patient.. but last week I felt very distraught and disappointed about how my visit went. Starting with the weird attitude we got from the front desk person (down stairs red building) to my actual talk with the Dr. Sara Muralles. Had to wait over 30mins in the room for her, which I don’t mind. But the time with her was short and didn’t felt like nothing special just the usual routine questions, since I just needed lab work. Now I’m being charged for all these things that weren’t even properly done nor asked. To top it off the person drawing blood damage my arm, I could tell he didn’t poke a vein, and kept wiggling the needle once inside which was very painful. When he asked if hurt and I said yes, I looked up at them and they had this eery smile that made me uncomfortable. Almost as if he was enjoying causing pain. I didn’t get their name but also hadn’t seen them there before. A week later and I still have discomfort in my right arm and it felt like I was poke more than once. None of the people i had do my lab work before this day has cause such stress nor bruising. Doing my day to day task has been very unpleasant this week… First picture is from when I got home, 2nd is 3 days later and last one is from this morning. Looks way worse in person. I am very upset with this visit, and I really hope something is done about this person working there, I can tell the people before and after me were also unsettled by him.

My daughter has been a patient at this office for years, and I was seen here throughout my pregnancy as well, so I came in to enroll my son. I was checked in and had already started filling out paperwork before the front desk staff guy told me they “don’t accept my insurance.” This makes absolutely no sense, considering my daughter was just seen there a couple days ago and my insurance has not changed at all. Instead of double checking or trying to resolve it, the front desk employee simply turned us away after we had already gone through the check-in process. It was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating, especially having to bring my child in just to be turned away like that. This should have been verified before check-in, especially for a family that has been established with this office for years. The way it was handled was rude and lazy. No effort to help, no explanation, nothing. If this is how they treat people who’ve been coming here for years.
