Helped me with some serious dental work. The absolute best, most professional team I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Today was my first time visiting outside of Aldermanic meetings. It was my first time taking my 3 year old to the library. She enjoyed it. She played in the children’s area and didn’t want to leave. We found 3 books she liked, and we sat and read one of them there. We received a flyer as we were leaving for upcoming events for children on Saturdays. We will return
I had the pleasure of working with the incredible staff at Alternatives to get them voter registration ready for some upcoming events! They really care about Uptown.

Not one person reads at expected proficiency, not one. At a cost of more than $53,000 per student!

I will say it’s so hard to find help at times when your in need Sean and jessica contacted me and ask me to make a list of everything that I needed and Jessica came through in a matter of 1 day to delivery every item I put on the list that I needed for my children. This was a blessing to me and my children and to have two individuals that’s passionate about their job and helping with the needs of families in such accurate speed I am forever grateful. They even bought food that I didn’t ask for ,my kids was so happy my son cried. I will recommend this agency to anyone in need. Never seen an agency act so fast in lake county ever . Sean and Jessica thank you again 😊

Dr. Campbell is kind, patient, and great with kids. He takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed. The staff is friendly, and visits are always smooth. Highly recommend!

Very good detailed professional attitude ,I attend one time a week for therapy and I am better than I was before I still attend I don't know what I would do without them and where I would be right now they are miracle workers for me,The BEST PSYCHIATRY SERVICE FOR ME IN MY OPINION.

I had an amazing experience with Bridging the Tys To Jordan! They were professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. They helped me get my problems resolved quickly, and I received all of my paperwork along with my license without any issues. The support and communication were excellent from start to finish. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. 10/10 highly recommend!

I had that best experience in a while visiting the center with Mr. Eric Cabbler and previously Ms. Lexi who would help. It was so informative and interesting to speak to a like minded health care individual even with me just coming in for a check up I appreciate how helpful he was with just a few questions. I have been a patient here since 2016 back when they were named BHC/ Brothers Health and they have not changed and still have the same welcoming front desk/ reception atmosphere. Whether it’s for a check up or a direct screening just know that when you come to Alliance 360 you should come with confidence and expect to experience humanity at its highest levels of understanding and respect. I hope they are here to assist the community for years and years to come. Thank you guys again for the great service. 5 STAR ORGANIZATION⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On 11-3-2025 I stepped into Above and Beyond a complete broken soul in and out. But little did I know that my life was just about going to be turned around completely for the positive. The such professional top notch help, care and educational teachings that i received from the amazingly wonderful facilitators/instructors and my primary counselor was a complete gift from the heavens, to say the least. The name says it all because that is what every single one of them did for me, go above and beyond in order for me not to be that broken soul ever again. I highly recommend to any one suffering from any addiction or mental health issue or just simply going through a hard time, you are not alone. Big shout out and kudos to Emily, Kate, Terry, Sean, Michael, and my primary counselor Kate G. From the bottom of my heart Thank You Above and Beyond :)

I am fortunate to have Affirming Mental Health being a trusted referral outlet to the patients in my practice. My experiences, either through patient collaboration or the feedback I receive from referrals, is that Jim and the clinicians in the group approach care through a patient-centered lens with a high degree of LGBTQ cultural competence. I will continue to refer to them without question.

Went in to speak to someone after the death of my loved one, they made me feel welcomed and helped me. The help is only for those who seek it, therapy is good when you need it. If you ever feel down go in and see what they can do for you.

“I want to share my experience as a parent so others know what to expect. My son completed all the requirements to qualify for this program and we were originally told he was on the waitlist. Unfortunately, communication from staff—especially one coordinator named Nicole Martinez —has been very unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked reasonable questions about my son’s status, I was met with rude responses and a lack of transparency. It felt like personal attitudes were affecting the process, which is extremely frustrating when you’re trying to get your child the help they need. I hope the administration addresses this, because families deserve respectful communication and consistent information. Other staff may be great, but my experience with this particular coordinator made the process much harder than it needed to be.”
Been going here close to 3 years. It started off great. Karen was my first counselor and she was amazing. Listened to me and really pushed me to deal with things. Never a dull moment.
Compass literally saved my life. I cannot recommend the adult PHP/IOP program enough. I like that it is skill based and leave you with a toolkit of skills to bring into your life. The staff is also amazing, from front desk to nursing to the individual and group therapists to the psychiatrists - everyone has been so wonderful.
It's in the neighborhood so it's very convenient. It's always pretty clean but you can't always expect speedy service or the best of attitudes. I try to always be pleasant that's the best way to be but you don't always get what you put out here. Overall this location is OK Iwill be returning again it's in the neighborhood

Thank you Ms Theo for everything you do. I'm so happy you could accommodate me and my demanding jobs schedule.
