Advocate Behavioral Health Services

Advocate Behavioral Health Services at 3030 N Wilton Ave in Chicago, Illinois provides mental health and substance use treatment to individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents through adults and older adults. Levels of care include inpatient services, a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and outpatient programming, with individual, group, and family therapy available across settings.
