Pilsen Wellness Center - CILA/ICM

Pilsen Wellness Center's Mental Health Crisis Care Program, located at 2259 South Damen Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, is a CARF accredited program providing immediate support and stabilization for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the program delivers rapid intervention both onsite and in the community.

Services include mobile crisis response, crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, individual therapy, psychiatric care, recovery support, family psychoeducation, and supported employment and education. The program takes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach with cultural services available to serve the diverse Pilsen community.
