Great staff! Very helpful. I've been to a few clinics and this is by far the best one I've been to! It smells and feels like a real clinic, NOT just a dosing clinic. The staff is incredible! They care about you. I have to drive 2 1/2 hours one way to come here when I can go to a place that is 30 miles away but I prefer to come here because of the staff and the clinic itself. They make it safe here also. Its the only place I've been to that has camera's. And I've gotten robbed before at other clinics. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is trying to get off of drugs, the non in-patient way. Thank you AMS for being such an amazing clinic for people who need help, wish there were more clinics out there like AMS!😁

I’ve been a patient of West Grove in Oak Creek for around 5 years, maybe longer. In the beginning I saw various providers for my psychiatry needs, but have been connected and consistently seeing Dr. Kurter for around 3 years now. Wow! He changed my life. I am so thankful to have him as a provider. When we met, he reassured me that there was help for what I was seeking help with and was able to connect me with medication that has made a drastic change in how I see the world. I struggled for years and years with my mental health, and what I appreciated about him was that he was so knowledgeable about what I was experiencing and could explain to me in a way that I could understand why I was experiencing certain things as well as how I could help myself and how to monitor myself in the future. He was also so helpful to me and my family when my husband and I decided to try for another baby. I think what’s kind of cool is Dr. Kurter knows me so well that he can tell when I’m struggling with my mental health or other needs based off of just a few minutes of talking. I’ve also been connected with my therapist Anna for 2-3 years now. She is amazing! She listens to me so well, and doesn’t push me too hard to get to deep into the things I need to address until I’m ready. She’s seen me at some low moments, and has taught me how to work through those times and always emphasizes taking care of myself. I also appreciate Elizabeth at the front desk. She knows me by my nick name, since I don’t generally go by my full name, and I seriously appreciate that because i don’t have to explain who I am over and over again, she just knows. Elizabeth always helps me schedule appointments out months at a time, which is super helpful for my scheduling needs. Honestly, Dr. Kurter and Anna are always super flexible in their scheduling as well, which is super helpful. Elizabeth also helps me figure out any insurance questions I have, which is so helpful because I can be kind of clueless about co pays and all that stuff. I also forgot to mention, I absolutely love that I can see my therapist through telehealth. I have a newborn and it’s just much easier to not have to travel with her when I have an appointment. I love West Grove so much and appreciate what they’ve done for my life so much that I’ve actually referred 2 other people for care here. I truly mean it when I say, if you’re looking for providers who care about you as a whole person, I definitely recommend going to West Grove.

Horrible won’t even answer the phone. Insanely rude even when not busy . In order to TALK to someone (NOT a doctor) you have to travel all the way to the south side so that they can tell you they don’t accept your insurance. If you look at all these 5 star reviews you’d see that they only have 1 review and it’s because they’re fake accounts created to give that review. This place sucks, smells of alcohol and paint and they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE

The most misleading joke of the recovery system. Waited 2 months to see a psychologist and after filling out my life's history and signing legal documents of family history and my own lifetime story they finally tell me the dr is ready to seemed. They put me in this tiny room with a computer in my face and tell me to enter my name the dr will be with me shortly. All I can see on computer screen is a small picture of my face. Where's the dr? I want him to see all of me. My pain and suffering. I have a chronic illness. Disabled. Took every ounce of my energy to get there. They should be ashamed to call themselves a dr. Office. I walked out! Then this dr calls and says he is in Milwaukee! An hour north of me! Lies of omission are still lies. If I wasn't veto physically see a dr for hundreds of dollars I had the right to be told that! I apologize to my brothers and sisters trying to get sober. You deserve so much more! This place brings me to tears!

Place is a gem. An old favorite. The smell takes me back right away when I walk in the door. There's so many things in here to look at and there so great. The staff is so friendly and greets ya with a smile. Love it here

North Lakes in Hurley has been an incredible for my family. The entire staff is helpful, kind, and you can tell they really care and want to help. Courtney is quick to answer any questions I have through my chart and is always a joy to work with. Nate was amazing during my pregnancy, delivery, and now as our family physician. He got me through some postpartum struggles and continues to help me on my mental health journey along with anything else our family needs health wise. With health care in our area seemingly disappearing I’m so glad we switched to NorthLakes and that our area has place like this.

Red Oak Counseling is a great place. The front desk staff are very nice and easy to work with. The newly renovated place is very welcoming and accommodating to say the least. At Red Oak counseling I have had the pleasure of working with Heidi Conto. Not only has she been very flexible with my appointment times, more importantly she is compassionate, easy to talk with, and very knowledgeable in her profession. She is very easy-going and adapts to any conversation and does a tremendous job of relating those conversations - she is very well versed. She puts you at ease no matter the situation. She has not only helped me directly but she has given me skills and strategies so that I can help myself. My family and I are very lucky to have Heidi in our corner.

Well, today I had my first appointment with a therapist today and, I must say, we are a perfect match!!! She is just who I needed to help me get through this very difficult time. Couldn't be happier! Dr. Jim Winston did it again!

Discharged for having car trouble out of town and not making it back for the night yet was able to return the next day. Was only there for a week, followed all rules, was taking care to talk to case managers and make all appointments. Great guest. Now not allowed to go to any of the CRC locations, because I was stuck out of town for a night which wasn't my fault. All they care about is money. Not letting me return because they wouldnt be making money off the empty bed for A NIGHT. I have nowhere to live or sleep now because of a car issue. Miss one night due to an accident and not allowed to return. What a stupid rule. Money. Money. Money. They don't care about there guests health.

The Kenosha VA has quality service for veterans. Always a great experience when coming here and has very professional staff to help local veterans with their health needs.

I had a traffic related incident in 2020, and I am in the process of resolving it. I left both voice-mail and e-mail over the new years 2024 weekend. Today is the 2nd pf January 2024 and Janie got back to me 3 minutes after their office opened. On top of that, I moved to Ohio and in that process it changed how things needed to be handled. Janie, rather than getting upset and frustrated, went beyond what her work necessitated her to do to help me and ensure that I could get this taken care of. I am beyond appreciative of her, and her dedication to helping facilitate her customers needs while staying in line with what the state and county requires. If you need help here, ask Janie. On top of her help, Sherri Schroeder helped me out over the weekend through Email and text message/call. She us the supervisor there and she is on top of things! She is also just a great person, completely professional, non-judgemental, and compassionate. If you need to take care of any required counseling or need help with your mental health. Please go through here and do your best to deal with Janie and Sherri, they are superb. Thank you all so much for your help, I appreciate it more than you know!

I have been using Northlakes White Lake for the past 5ish years. I 100% agree that Dr Shelly cares about people.. The physicians have also shown great expertise in treatment from being to take blood on the 1st try to figure out what meds will not have the least side affect.

We needed a Covid test and were able to get one the next day. Very polite and nice on the phone. Even though they are understaffed, the Waushara County Health Department does their best for the public health, in a county where mis-information is rampant and is leading to more sickness.
