This clinic has been a huge help in my recovery. The staff are always kind, respectful, and genuinely care about their patients. They create a supportive and judgment free environment, which makes all the difference!

Both my kids and I have our PCP here and every experience has been great. They are so friendly and work hard to get us in for last minute care when the kids need it.

I was in the six week intensive outpatient group therapy program; and the experience was truly a blessing. The group leaders are knowledgeable and excellent at facilitating discussion and teaching coping skills. It was wonderful to be part of a group where everyone believes in Jesus and we can talk about our faith together. I am so thankful for this place! And their individual counselors and psychiatrists care about you and incorporate faith when they talk with you. I am really grateful for all the help I have received from Christian Family Solutions.

Took my autistic child to the dentist here and they were above and beyond. So kind, respectful, patient, and understanding it had me tearing up. Excellent communication. 4 stars because we weren't actually able to get any work done, they referred us to green bay. But I will be visiting again. A big thanks to all the incredible staff!

Appreciated all the help i was given. Things are different now with Medicaid and Medicare. Along with other programs I wasn't aware of. I'm very much a visual now. Being deaf and forgetful now. Its frustrating. Helped me with understanding things better.

I started therapy here around the end of august. my therapist was great, the scheduling team was great, all until the end of october when i had to cancel an appointment. my therapist called me that day and said she wanted to check in, BECAUSE IT WAS HER LAST DAY!?? i had no warning or notification she was leaving the practice till this point. in her message she said she could refer me to someone. the next day i called back and left a message asking about the referral. it took them a week to get back to me, and they tried telling me i had an appointment with this new guy when i didn’t. the real funny part? a WEEK AFTER my old therapist left the practice, they had sent out a letter saying she leaving, and i didn’t get that letter till almost 2 weeks after she left by that point. completely unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend, no communication skills.

I have been a patient of Dr Thompson's since he came to the clinic. In 2014 I went to him because I had a lump on my neck. He referred me to the proper specialist and was one of the reasons I survived stage 4 cancer. I think we're very lucky to have the resources we do and the people who work at our clinic.

Logan Gill is a great therapist. My son has been seeing him and I have seen great progress.

Working with Abby was a true relief and delight. Her techniques to communicate and release were such a broader knowledege than most therapist. She was a treasured ripple in life.

Highly recommended, especially if you are working with Shiloe. She is professional, caring and is a great advocate for her clients. We've always had positive experiences here, and Melissa on the phones is amazing.

I have 4 littles and have only had amazing experiences at the urgent care.Thank you to the nurses and doctors for all that you do for my family.

I've been bringing my dad to this VA for the last few months, and after just our first visit, we knew he was in good hands. Every specialist we've seen have been nothing but hands on, attentive, thorough, empathetic, patient and helpful. From Dr.B in oncology, to Tess up in endoscopy, these women are some of the most kind medical professionals I have ever met, and I hope they know their kindness goes a long way and is still thought of well after. I have had so many wonderful interactions with the staff there, there was a nurse who ordered my dad some lunch as he was in recovery after a procedure, which was such a nice thing to do, I didn't catch her name but she might be the charge nurse in endoscopy maybe? Another thing I really liked about this VA is that if you look lost and wandering the halls, there are many friendly faces around to get you pointed in the right direction, and most of the time they'll ask YOU first lol. There was also a younger man up front who helped lead me to the other building over to 114 through the tunnel, he didn't have to, but he did, just over all blown away by the difference of health care compared to the other VA my dad was going to. And with already having seen someone in pulmonary, oncology, endoscopy, ED department, mental health and MRI, I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you kindly, for everything.
