I can’t understand any low ratings on here . I had to go twice over 4th weekend . Care was prompt and everyone from Reception to the Dr. was wonderful ! I felt safe and comfortable. Was never left waiting in the triage without someone looking in on me . Both Days my Drs. We’re excellent . Thursday nite I saw Dr. Frazier , he was very attentive and I felt confident in his decision to up one of my BP meds . He also took time to talk to me about my condition . Very bright kind young man . You will be lucky if he’s on duty for your emergency. Over all 5 stars from me and I’ll never use local Rkfd hospitals again . Second day I went back with chest pain was very scary . Dr. Ho was attending and again a brilliant kind Dr. who did proper tests to eliminate anything serious . Repeated a blood test to ensure nothing more sinister was going on . Great Dr. great bedside manor . Never felt rushed or put off . Feel really blessed to have been in such good hands .
