It is evident in the unprecedented standard of care I receive, that they are not only committed, present, and wholly authentic, but respect my unique history. Because of them, I have been given hope for the first time in my life, as well as empowerment on my healing journey. Terry has always been warm, patient, kind and welcoming whether speaking on the phone or in person. I never once felt uncomfortable or awkward, and that is huge.
