You don't want to come to this place. I had a therapist here that didn't take the time OR energy to help me with my issues. When I was facing a few "episodes", I wasn't assigned a substitute when my therapist was away-EVEN THOUGH SHE SAID she'd give the substitute a call, but never got a call back. She wasn't very nice let along helpful or friendly. She felt like a text book spewing just medical terms and stuff that sounded like she should of put on a chalk board. If she was a teacher, she'd be putting students to sleep let alone skip her class altogether. It's been a year now since my horrible experience, but now I've moved onto a BETTER therapist who knows how to get the job done and is quite friendlier then MY PREVIOUS THERAPIST. I just want to say to her that YOU were of no help when I was dealing with mental issues. YOU DIDN'T give me any good exercises, YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY SYMPATHY or empathy, YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY GOOD ADVICE WHATSOEVER. The only GOOD ADVICE SHE GAVE ME WAS if I WAS starting to have a "panic attack"-drop everything and take a shower and something else. She wasn't friendly, scary, and not a friendly lady. I am so GLAD I dropped this service and I would never come back to this institute even if my insurance changes. This place OFFERS NO SALVATION for people with Mental Issues.

Reception NEVER answers the phone, I am always redirected to leave a voicemail and often it is not returned promptly. I absolutely love my therapist who has helped me make amazing progress (in comparison to several others who have tried & failed before) Unfortunately the way the phone system/reception is set up makes it very frustrating and inconvenient. Other than that, I feel that my therapist (Susan) is amazing, Thank you for your hard work, & dedication.

This place is so unfair and has no compassion for families they think they are above everyone and only there opinions matter... I hate green lake county and it is the worse place to raise a family...

This place does not take privacy seriously. When I called to talk to a friend, they didn't ask who I was or even have me confirm any other info about my friend. My friend didn't want anyone calling him and yet here I am calling him, talking to him. They messed up his meds. Is there even a schedule for group classes? Puzzles/coloring books to keep the mind busy? I really didn't want him to go here, but he had no choice.

Their office screwed up & charged us double for a bill. Kathy (mgr) acknowledged this & said she'd send a check to refund our money. She never did. After FOUR months of waiting for that refund & leaving multiple messages (or getting false promises to send refund) we finally drove to their office for our money that they kept & refused to give back. They were rude...as if WE were the ones at fault. Kathy had the gall to tell receptionist she'd send the check, making excuses. Knowing she lied multiple times before, we insisted waiting until we got our money back. Waited four months for a task that only took 5-10 minutes of her time. The receptionist was rude, never apologized when giving us the check. Kathy (mgr) never apologized for their mistake & making us wait so long to get our money back, putting us through all that. Dr. Bjjeragard never apologized for his staff's incompetence. Nobody returns calls in this office. We left...never to return. Found a much more professional office & doctor in Kenosha. Do not waste your time and money on Pychiatric services. We should have looked elsewhere years sgo.

I just recently got out today by signing the vma. I was in the adolescent unit and never again would I go here and I would never recommend this place to anyone. There’s barely any staff so the staff they do have get overworked. When staff is having a bad day so do you. There were times that I felt nervous to ask a staff member for something because I knew they would get annoyed. There were a couple staff that I absolutely loved but one like liberty was completely rude to me. I stood by the desk for 5 minutes or more waiting to ask a question and she did see me and continued to ignore me and talk to staff members. When I would get her attention she seemed very annoyed. The food here was decent! Thank you chef Jason and Heidi! But the way the handle situations in my opinion is not the best. If I could I would give this place no stars at all.

I had four therapists quit their job in 6 months of seeking counseling at Pauquette. Two quit before we even had our initial meeting. I spent 4 out of those 6 months waiting for a new counselor because they all quit!

2026 - My provider no longer has availability to meet with me with my work schedule. Very disappointed to have 2 years of services and intense progress suddenly stopped. Services are wonderful, if you are allowed to get it. I'm never going to therapy again, this experience proves that no matter what, no one will ever help or save you. You will ALWAYS BE HURT AND LETDOWN. 2024 - A quality DBT centric provider is rare to find in this state. Even the office manager is trained in DBT skills. They offer excellent group programming that I benefitted from. They will work with you on finances so you don't go without care. I feel heard, listened to, and seen by my group facilitators and my two therapists I've had so far. Remember when reading these reviews who the clientele is. Some folks may have wrote it in a manic/unwell state. My constructive feedback is to invest in a new EHR portal, its really janky and wonky.

If you want to be bounced around from therapist to therapist this is your place to go, or more like intern to intern. Cuz they can't seem to keep people around I guess. I've seen 3 different people now in less than a year and I was with the same person prior for like 4 years til she switched her therapy styles. 10/10 do not recommend going here. Oh, and they never answer their phones and take forever to get back to you, or if they do they are not helpful at all. I loved this place until the last year and half where it has gone downhill. Find somewhere that actually cares about your mental health.

The actual care staff were perfectly fine, but the billing department staff are incompetent beyond belief. Once, they somehow mailed me one of their bank deposit slips (presumably by accident). It is obvious that they have no care for their employers' patients nor pride in a job well done. It's no wonder this place was the only place with openings inside of 6 months when I first reached out to schedule a psych eval well over a year ago (I already had an excellent primary therapist, but insurance only accepts certain diagnoses from psychiatrists with a PsyD).

Amanda is horrible. Her boss doesn’t return calls either. 0 star. Looking over body cam footage from Tomah PD she stated that I don’t have sole custody of my kids and probably for a reason through the courts but I was on scene and asked the PD to please notify the worker. Before judging someone get the facts. My kids were sent back to a situation where there is drugs on the premises and abuse is considered choking them so let’s correct that. 3 grown adults holding down a 14 year old child? I also was homeless 5 years ago due to giving up the home which I personally bought for my kids to have a place to go as in the end it took two incomes to hold so they had a warm home to go to for school while I slept in my truck and I saved money to get my own place, That’s what a man does for the record do a better job and reach out to both parents and don’t assume you know the situation as my living conditions are way better than where you placed my kids and when I’m done in court I will be heading that direction in the hunt of answers and possibly someone’s job or a lawsuit.Get an attorney if these people are involved with your kiddos.

When I was there for a 2 week program it was a living hell. The counselor made me talk abt the trauma in group that I clearly said I didn't want to talk abt it. Not only did that happen once it happend 3 times. Everyday I had no motivation to go because I know I didn't like to talk abt it i wasn't ready to put that out in the world yet she still made me talk abt it.

Megan is and was one of the best therapists I have ever been to. She made me feel like I was talking to more than just a therapist. She felt like a friend who happened to be a therapist. I trusted her with my deepest secrets and she always made me feel safe and heard. If I wouldn’t have moved she would still be my therapist. Wonderful person and wonderful professional.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. When I first tried to get into this clinic, I called and was told, at least twice, that I would get a call back. No one called back. On the 3rd attempt, I was told that I needed a referral, which would have been helpful to know on the first call, since waiting to see my primary and then getting an appointment with behavioral health was expected to take quite some time. This delayed my ability to get my medications filled, which my primary refused to fill in the interim.

I'm up 5am 🕔 insomnia winning again and I search for mental health facilities because I'm on the edge of no return a first thing I see is this place. It's a Hard NO! the Dr's aren't good the people lack empathy. So what does a suicidal person do? There has got to be more help than this. I'm searching for help 😭

It's crummy, but I really think my son's time here did more harm than good. Therapists were extremely kind and professional, but focused more on building rapport instead of solving the issues of why a child came to them. The drug use in transportation and at the center is very concerning, and caused so many more problems for my son, than when he arrived. They also discharged him with zero supports and set him up to fail by sending him to school part time without an IEP. They did a referral to the county for supports, but unfortunately that took months to go through, leaving him with nothing in the meantime, and abruptly ending the therapeutic relationship. Not all staff, but some staff, including Kaylee Tillmann were rude and condescending. If you tried to raise concerns and questions, you were shut down. Other staff seemed very kind and caring. I feel like the culture of this institution is not in alignment with supporting children and helping them reach their goals.

Great place with many experienced providers!

Just need an assessment done for a divorce I’m going through. So custody can have an actual arrangement, that’s it. I called on Friday, left message. They called Monday late in the day, lady sounded like she had no idea what I was needing, and then since not in system sent me to another voicemail option. Left a message there. It is now Thursday, and still no call. Just a yes or no would suffice, or not taking assessments or something. Or I don’t know maybe a call back? I mean I get people are humans and get wrapped up with schedules and conflicts, but come on. I just need assessment done. To me it’s unprofessional. Trying other places.
