Absolutely awful customer service. They told me my insurance covered my appointments and then sent a bill charging full price. Spoke with them and they said it was my fault. Do not trust them. They will do whatever it takes to get a new client

BEWARE—DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME. ZERO empathy from staff in control of billing, and you will absolutely get scammed by them. With no warning, they randomly took out nearly $200 out of my account WITHOUT my permission. They will charge you $120 DOLLARS if you have to cancel your appointment and it’s not within their 24 hour “advance notice.” Then if you’re too poor to pay this insane fee, they will CONTINUE to ADD huge fees to it over time. Then, as a result of them charging you with all of these ridiculous fees, they’ll suddenly steal all of “what you owe” from your account without your permission. They only care about milking you for your money in any way they possibly can. As a result of their greed and lack of care, I now have no idea how I’m going to pay my rent and my other bills currently. I even tried calling the person responsible for this, Marlee, and tried to offer a payment plan instead. She was cold and indifferent and refused to work with me. Don’t be like me and just find a better place for therapy.

Between the dr not listening to bad reactions im having with the meds he prescribed me. Keeping me on them and adding others. Everytime my meds need to be refilled arguing with the receptionist because I have to call 1 week in advance for narcotics. And then when I do getting yelled at for calling in advance. And now today calling in and getting lectured because I need to call 1 week in advance. We'll clearly she hasn't gone to med school or on Google because Vyvanse are not a narcotic.

Terrible time dealing with the organizational management. As a small business owner I was contacted for a work project by NAMI Racine County, only to have my phone calls and emails not returned. A good mission poorly executed by an inept staff and directorial team.

This experience has made it less likely that I’ll seek help in the future. Most times I felt like I was being warehoused with little meaningful things to do or direction to work towards. Most of the discussion and material was very superficial and lacked the mapping and meaning someone has to do to integrate the information it into repertoire. Class was full of distractions and conversations often rambled off of topic and meandered.

They will prioritize their bs procedures and policies over treating a patient and then say youre acting inappropriately when their actions could to result in weeks if not months of time in a hospital Go to the oconomowoc one this one is shit

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I started seeing a therapist. I started out private pay $200 per visit. I asked the admin about using insurance. They said to try. Not mentioning that they are NOT in my network, first problem. Next thing I know I am being charged $400 per visit. My insurance has no negotiated rates with this company. Due to processing times, it took 3 visits to realize the problem. I went back to ask for the private rate for the 3 visits. They said they can’t do that because my insurance requires the $400 rate be charged. Something about deductibles. Total lack of transparency. I contacted my insurance company and they say this is completely false. Bottomline, this is a large company, the front desk people do not have a clue about rates and charges and I'm sure my now ex therapist is also clueless what's going on in the "business office” as well. This is not a bad review for the therapist but whom they work for. It has cost me a ton of money. They provide mental health and this is how they treat people. Good thing I am kinda stable.

Arbor Place will always have a special place in my heart. In 2014, I attended treatment at the old Arbor Place—the big house on the corner. It was my last treatment episode. Since then, I’ve been able to maintain long-term sobriety and live a beautiful life in recovery.

Mrs.Rhandi Robertson is great doctor she just get straight to the point no playing games on how to get health and stay healthy it's been hard for me without insurance and getting my medications she kept suggesting solutions until now I have insurance and can get my medications (five stars )*****and to her nurse the young man in red can't remember his name so sorry but he always very nice ..

A disorganized office puts unapologetic burdens on the clients....and for my 1st appointment this cut off 16 minutes. Wasn't able to reach office for a few days putting off my payment, but email from counselor Berry right before 2nd appt set off more unanswered and unapologetic threat to withhold appt....then told by L. Berry she wasn't qualified to work with me. She made my anxiety worse.....take away - be an obedient mousey patient.

The only service i utilize here is my therapist. But I can honestly say she's one of the best therapists I've ever had. So much that I've been with her for many years. I had too many issues with therapists at other places. The people at the main desk are really great, kind, and helpful. I always recommend here for those looking for a therapist and/or psychiatrist.

There Should be an option for zero stars. This Session was the worst I’ve ever had. The Social worker therapist for outpatient help, with a 2 year master’s degree, Would not listen or retain any feedback each person was giving. It Caused unnecessary trauma that will be improved with healing at another provider.

A good chunk is just being able to find a compatible doctor for you. Dr. Cooper is a great doctor who actually listens to the patient and connects with them, and the nursing staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Extra special props to the scheduling lady on your way out, she is always so nice and patient, and makes you feel at ease!

Do not send anyone you care about here. Money is their bottom line and certainly not their patients.

I completed day treatment or the PHP day treatment back in 2014?! And I met some AMAZING people who I kept in contact with over the years. The program itself REALLY HELPED ME SO MUCH! it taught me MANY DIFFERENT TOOLS for anxiety and depression and also helped me become aware of the "warning signs" for when my depression was happening.
