I went in completely anxious, angry, and depressed not knowing what to expect or how vulnerable I would be”have” to be. Turns out, it is a completely safe environment. The therapist are very in tune with every individual. They are gentle and encouraging, professional and knowledgeable. The peer specialist is absolutely the best! Funny, considerate, encouraging, knowledgeable and a “safe place” to be yourself. I highly recommend this place for anyone suffering from trauma, panic disorders, mental health issues etc. The professional prescribing your meds is also super kind and dedicated to your health and wellbeing.

They have been a lifesaver for me. The people that work with you are so caring and fast to get back to you. I have nothing bad to say and have told many people in need to go see them

I had given up on the local mental health place so I had called Kerrville and I'm still waiting on a call back the next day. I ended up calling Fredericksburg and the person who answered the phone real helpful and she already set an appointment up for me. I will update as it goes.

Great staff.

I had an appointment with Ms. Simi James, NP, two weeks ago. Her team, including the MAs and referral department, went the extra mile to complete my diagnostic tests on time, which is usually a lengthy process. They provided invaluable support during the challenging time. I highly recommend Ms. Simi James and her team for their professionalism and dedication.

Basepoint was such a great place for my son. His counselor truly cared and was so helpful to him, as well as our family relationships. This facility is top notch. Everyone we met and/or worked with was professional and offerred hope for us. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know who needs help and hope for their kid.

My stay at fort behavioral was woundful. Chad the manager was the best he is great with the clients the loves to teach new ways of living. Tammy my therapist is the greatest she will go over and beyond for you, she help me with a new way of thinking,living and with my family I think she is super woman. The staff here is super great I wish I could name them all but they are loving and caring people and will help you in anyway they can. The doctors are very nice and make sure you get the right medication to make your stay comfortable. The groups are good lot of exposure to recovery and a new way of thinking.The smokes breaks are great I can't complain. The food is ok 4 stars out of 5.

DIRECTIONS

This place quite literally saved my life. When I first arrived, I couldn't get myself to leave my room for the first 2 days (because I was so sick) but the staff worked really hard on getting me regulated on meds. I finally came out of my room, made a group of friends that I'll hold close for the rest of my life, and THE STAFF.... some of the most amazing people I think I'll ever meet. I went from refusing to talk to anyone, to a social butterfly in 29 days. I hope they know the difference they made in my life. I am myself again and it's all because of them. I seriously love each and everyone of them.

I had the absolute very best Visit today! I absolutely love the entire staff, appointment clerks, Nurse (Mary Burns), Amazing ~ one of a kind Doctor (Bailey Hunt). They all were totally amazing, kind, friendly, caring, and supportive. I feel very blessed to have this wonderful staff available. My kids and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. If I could rate them a 10+ by all means I would! It’s been awhile since I’ve encountered such wonderful people in one place. Just truly wholeheartedly appreciate each of them. Thank you all.

I have nothing negative to say about Crossroads since I've been here I've had nothing but positive in my life and the best help I can ask for and believe me I've been through a lot and so for me Crossroads is my place to be thank u the my counselor, my nurse and to the staff they are wonderful !!

CFD has been such a blessing for our family! The people there are so warm, caring, compassionate, helpful, and responsive. They made my child feel so welcome and he absolutely thrived in their program. It was a hugely positive experience from beginning to end and a big thank you to all of the staff, especially Ali, Manal, and Elizabeth! CFD is the best.

When I was looking for a place to get help with my overwhelmed stress breakdown, I searched for a place away from all my stress, asentully I was looking for a place to run away and hide. The photos I saw of this facility looked relaxing and away from the main hustle and bustle of everyday life and seemed like the perfect place to attend.

Kim is an amazing psychiatric provider. You will get the best care possible from someone who is not just knowledgeable and current on the best medical practices, but kindness from someone who is absolutely one of the most compassionate people I have ever met.
