My name is Robert Reyna, I am with the business development team at Austin Oaks hospital. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Austin Crowe, the Admissions Specialist for a tour of their beautiful campus. Lots of open space for nice walks and activities for the men to enjoy. The facilities were very well kept and clean and I definitely had a warm welcoming feeling while on the tour. I was fortunate enough to meet some of the staff as well, and was greeted with smiles and kind words from them all. All the men in the house looked to be in really great spirits, and thankful to be in their care. With out a doubt, I would feel very confident referring a friend or loved one to Alta Loma, knowing they would be in great hands with the wonderful staff as they continue their journey toward a promising future. Thanks again to Austin for your hospitality, and I look forward to working with you in the future, as we do our part in helping others to live the life they all deserve.

This was my first time at the right step and it was a genuinely great experience. My counselor was amazing and made sure I had everything lined up for my discharge and also was completely 100% caring to me the entire time I was there. The staff genuinely cares about the clients and isn’t just there for a paycheck. I met wonderful people along the way and Id recommend The Right Step to friends and family. ❤️

Everyone is very welcoming. All the anxiousness melted away when I got there. Today was my TMS fitting and the actual treatment begins tomorrow. I am less worried about the treatment after today. Dr Griffin is very thorough and is helping me through the journey.

I have been coming here for over two years. I love the location and the peaceful pond out front. Waiting room is always quiet and lights are not bright. Everyone there seems great but i have only seen Shelley Mueller. She has helped me grow and has given me countless skills and confidence to tackle life. 10/10 recommend Shelley. Myra and Emily handle emails/scheduling and they have always been so kind and helpful to me. The first day I made my appointment, Myra helped me and was so patient with how shy and nervous I was and helped me with all of my questions about insurance. This was my first experience going to therapy and the resilience center made me feel right at home.

Solstice Southwest is the best place of choice when it comes mental health rehabilitation and reintegration back in the society. Here patients are treated with respect and dignity. As one of the program Aids, I help in making sure that patients follow through with their programs, have their vitals checked, meals and meds as at when due. Also making sure that patients have adequate rest too. For the past 9 months I have been with Solstice Southwest, I have seen great transformation in patients from when they were admitted to when they graduate from the program and reintegrated back to the society. I will highly recommend Solstice Southwest.

My psychiatrist recommended Pathlight during an especially challenging time and I was hesitant given past experiences. Pathlight is/was incredible- from the safe space/evnironmet they ensured to the incredible therapists (who also act like humans), to productive individual and family therapy options, to their continued support once you have discharged. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this facility! If you are going through a challenging time, or have tried the medication route without “improvement,” I cannot recommend Pathlight enough. I am super appreciative of all their attention, time, and energy shared with me, helping improve my understanding of my mental/physical health. Thank you all at The Woodlands location!

Whatever they are paying these people, it is not enough :They the Avengers of outpatient behavioral care.
