West Texas Centers – Terry County Mental Health Center provides comprehensive behavioral health and developmental disability services to residents across a wide region of West Texas. Located in Brownfield, Texas, the center serves individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and those experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Its mission focuses on supporting people with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve stability, recovery, and greater independence. Through a continuum of outpatient care, crisis response, case management, psychiatric services, and early psychosis intervention, the center works to keep individuals connected to their families, jobs, and communities.
The facility also offers a robust network of specialized programs, including substance use disorder treatment, Supported Housing and Employment, and the agency’s Little Lives Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
