The last 3 years is why I give 1 star been on for 13 years 5 stars almost all untill 2022 ....they finally updated website I wonder if they answer phone ..all security does is complain they want to go home 2 or 3 out of team work anyone in medical who has over 5 years is great...they can't keep a director...nor counselors accept 3 and 2 new ones are stars...but the compassion quote is joke

Staff was great when I was there wade, Smalls and others. I was on the third floor medical floor for about 8 months and they got me an studio apartment in the Bronx

The outpatient surgery department treated us so well today as my husband had a biopsy done. Every staff member was very kind and efficient. They all did their best and we had a great experience.

Nao urgent care is a wonderful place I would recommend to everyone. Wonderful staff the Medical assistance were very friendly and made me feel right at home. Dr Hausmann also made me feel very comfortable she explained everything to a tea. I just moved to Queens and I’m considering making her my PCP doctor facility is clean and the wait time was fast great experience 5/5 💕

I work as a substance use specialist and case worker and have referred clients to Cornerstone of Medical Arts for the past five to six years. Edler Acme, intake coordinator is professional, reliable, and client focused. The referral process is smooth, and they consistently connect clients with appropriate treatment and aftercare services. I highly recommend their services.

I go here for my endocrinologist appointment and for dermatology I like Clifton springs hospital because the staff there are generally very friendly and very kind to me when I walk in. When I walk in with a staff member that helps me. They are very courteous to make sure that we are going to the right spot. If I am walking in on my own they go out of their way to help me totally get to the correct spot that I need. If I had any questions the hospital is very clean and I also like going to their draw lab there to get my blood work done. They're very nice people in there. Haven't had any much trouble getting in and out of there. Also, they have a cool little pond or River where ducks and birds swim and enjoy their life so you get to see them kind of close up. So that is a additive plus for happiness. Thank you for reading this. I NEVER write bad reviews… NEVER!!!! This entire clinic is a joke. They have no knowledge of mental illnesses and have no care in the world for patients. Latasha borrows, one of psychologists verbally attacked me on the phone for me calling her out on being very unprofessional. NPs and psychiatrists are always leaving this clinic and for the right reasons. NP Tatiana Estrella has NO knowledge about mental illnesses and pretends to do so while she googles for answers. GO ELSE WHERE PLEASE!!!

Medical staff is always friendly and informative. The receptionist on the other hand who answers the phone is not it. Ask her a question, she sighs. Talk to her on the phone, she’s rude.

Had a very rude experience today with the main woman at the front desk. I came in with my bike to watch my nephew play basketball, I was already inside of the vicinity making my way down the hall when the woman yelled out at me saying “we dont allow bikes in the gym” I then responded by saying “if you don’t allow bikes inside why would you watch me come in with my bike and not saying anything” to which she responded “I wanted to see where you were gonna go, you can put your bike outside” in a very nasty tone. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike outside so I responded “I’ll come back another day to watch my nephew” to which she very rudely replied “I think that’s a good idea.” I was also told that Milbank allows dogs inside of the gym but somehow I’m not able to park my bike inside? I grew up coming to Milbank and that experience with that front desk woman made me never want to come back. Her response was also incredibly illogical because if you know that bikes aren’t allowed inside why watch me walk all the way past your desk and turn the corner to then rudely say something. If you work at a front desk you represent the business you’re working for. She is not a good representation of this community space that I grew up in as a Harlem native and was looking forward to watching my nephew play. This experience honestly made me not want to come back as it’s clear that Milbank supports their staff being rude to people coming inside. After sharing my experience with my family today, I was also told by my step father and brother that she rudely yelled hello, as they walked in. Word of advice, if you don’t know how to speak to people in a respectful manner and tone, maybe don’t work at a front desk.

I love my kids school the teachers try so hard. As well as some of the support staff. They really try to make the kids enjoy their experience.

New lady in charge of food pantry give people less food than anyone in charge before. They don’t want to give you enough food but later on you see how much food they have to trash out. They all mean out there and alway yelling or trying to humiliate you . Nice people donating for the poor and worker there abusing. Very sad

I used to go to the lower east side service center. It is a great program it help me get clean. ... no problem .. I have my own place and I'm no longer a slave to drugs and what it put me through drugs suck ... the people there helped me gain inner strength to kick the drug habbit and lead a better life .

I have found a great therapist and nurse practitioner in Chris and Siji. They are friendly and truly care about my progress. Together we have explored TREATMENT plans ..... giving me the discipline to tackle my BIPOLAR and ALCOHOLIC issues. I have been a patient since September 2019 and looking at a brighter 2020 thanks to The Yaphank Center.
