If only I could give 0 stars... This place sucks, their staffing is a joke and so is their practice. You continued to kick a patient while their down and provide more help and priority to other patients. It is gross how all you guys do is gossip and talk about anything but how to help someone get better. PS to Morgan: Raz bar??? and Clear Sapphire??? THE WORST raz flavor. yuck.

Several years ago. I made an appointment with seacoast mental health. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Betty. I was in a very bad way in a very bad spot in my life. I have had many problems with doctors that just didn't care and was ready to give up I pushed his poor ladies buttons as hard as I could. And I was good at it. And from that point on I will say this lady has saved my life. It has been several years and I owe my life to this one lady at seacoast mental health. I will say in a few short years my whole life has changed. As he perfected the proper medication for me I have become such a better person in life more people like me I deal with everyday problems so much better. And my life has changed 100%. She also got me a case manager. His name is Patrick. And I will say Patrick has the neck to help me deal with the other problems that appear in my everyday home life. He teaches me how to deal with problems with DHS social security problems that arise at work. And keep a proper running household. I will say without these two people I would not be able to make it in normal everyday life I thank them every day I talked to them and I appreciate everything they do for me. My advice to everybody is give seacito's mental health they really do care about their patients and try very hard to make themand try

Have had 3 visits to Franklin for rehab as well as emergency room services. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Franklin is. We now feel like the staff are genuine friends. They are responsive and caring and have truly supported the rehab needs. This is a really innovative approach that they are fostering with a comprehensive rehab program at the hospital and for us, it was a huge success. ER service is swift, attentive and skilled. We had too many bad er experiences at Laconia and recommend making the choice for Franklin.

Absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional behavior of the residential manager, Travis. My mother asked him simple questions regarding locating my brother’s belongings. The manager was EXTREMELY hostile, aggressive, and overall rude to us. I cannot believe a MANAGER working in this field would lack that amount of empathy, communication skills, and especially GUIDANCE. He spoke with a tone, was extremely short, got in my mother’s personal space, and was borderline yelling. I simply asked if he could write down the steps in order to process the request and was told no. My mother simply asked how long it would take him to arrive after saying he was on the way. He said, “I’ll see you when I get there.” Then disconnected the call. When I asked who he reported to he said, “myself, I am the manager.” This man does not OWN the facility and 100% has someone I can report him to. I asked who he reported to several times to report this incident and hostility and he refused to answer. This man should not work with people suffering with mental illnesses. I can only imagine how bad he treats them if he was aggressive towards us for asking basic questions. There was zero need for the behavior portrayed when the requests were so simple. Do better Concord, your reviews reflect a bad reputation.

I was living at the kish house in dover nh. For 28 eight days. Worst time ever. People always complaining about everything. Things being stolen. Not enough food. People not cleaning or doing there chores.loud music at night using those outside speakers that are connected to phones. And at night when you are trying to sleep People are either playing rap music loud on the TV. But in the morning hearing the same stupid music and get on those white cargo vans driven by either Erika Richard or Chris. Bht staff who think that they are all that. Taking people's phones. Putting them into some office. But I was iop at my own will. So I was picked up at my house and transported by cts to Rochester and I went to the front entrance and no one was there so I went to the back entrance and entered an met by Erika and she told me to go back to the main entrance. In which I did and the door nearly hit me into the face.I just said hello to a couple of people and she says that I am wondering the halls. I just got there and tells me to go back to the main entrance and ask if I had a phone and I said yes and she asked if she could have it and I said no. So was sitting in one those chairs and to wait for some guy named Gonzales. So I did eating a banana and he showed up with a dog and Ashly and he asked me what was going on and I pointed to the door that was locked. So a while later he came out and said that it was just better if you leave and come back tomorrow. So I was going to walk and he asked me if I would accept a ride with Erika so I said no and he said that I cannot have you wondering the parking lot. Hello I know the way out of there. So she is waiting in a Grey miny van and takes me home so I get a call from Gonzales and he said that I was discharged from there. So I was not worried because it was at my free will. So I just went out for a while got a sunburn and just walking back from a store and my probation officer stops me. I know that bonfire is the worst rehab center ever 😫 😩 😭 😤

Place was great for a very short period of time. They had one particular person working for them that was beyond amazing and went above and beyond for all clients. Including ones that didn’t deserve it, or proved to be wasted on in the end. That didn’t stop white horse from putting that one particular problem person first above all other clients and staff. This person lied, stole, corrupted and manipulated everyone around her and continues to. The local law enforcement doesn’t do much about it either, but white horse lost their one good employee and a lot of clients due to poor choices on their behalf and putting others that don’t take recovery seriously as some of us do. All about that $$ and lawsuits. Corrupt. Would love to know where all the funding and money goes also?? New motorctcles, coffees, trips etc??? Maybe

Do not go here if you take any benziodiazepan medications. They are anti and will remove you from your life saving medication. Nadia has zero compassion empathy or bedside manner. She is void of feeling. The phychiatrists in this office should have their license removed. The Russian Dr sees you on video call. Ignores your diagnosis your history and 30 minutes takes you of a medication that's keeping you on the earth. These people will pay after the deaths they are responsible for. Appts constantly canceled but if you have to reschedule they get so angry and put a block on your profile from seeing your medication nurse. They treat you like you are a criminal. They do not have basic knowledge of the meds they prescribe or other types they do not. The therapists do not do what they say they will do. You make plane and they forget. Never remember anything about you. Half seem in another world and I'm the one getting phychiatric services. I have never in my life been treated this way. Out right lies about medication and indications. They think therapy fixes everything when it does not gor so many. Very dangerous phychiatric therapy med establishment. Frequently Asked Questions

How should I compare mental health providers in New Hampshire?
When comparing providers in New Hampshire, consider location relative to where you live or work, the specific services offered, levels of care available (such as outpatient, intensive outpatient, or inpatient), therapy approaches used, conditions treated, hours of operation, whether a website is available, accreditation status, and reviews when listed. Not all details are available for every provider, so it can help to check each facility listing directly.
What should I ask before contacting a provider in New Hampshire?
Before reaching out to a provider, it helps to know what you are looking for. Consider asking about current appointment availability, accepted insurance plans and self-pay or sliding-scale options, whether telehealth appointments are offered, which specific services are currently active, and whether the provider has experience treating your particular concern. Availability and services can change, so confirming details directly with the facility is recommended.
Are all services listed on Mental Health US available at every facility?
No. Services vary by facility and may change over time. The information shown in each listing reflects what was available when the record was created or last updated. Always confirm current service availability, hours, and intake procedures directly with the provider before visiting or calling.
Can I find both mental health and substance use treatment providers in New Hampshire?
Yes. Mental Health US includes New Hampshire providers that offer mental health services, substance use treatment, or both. You can use the available filters to narrow results by treatment needs, or review individual facility pages for more detailed information about the services and conditions each provider treats.
What if I cannot find the right provider in my city?
If you do not find a suitable provider in a specific city, try broadening your search by browsing all New Hampshire providers using the statewide view, or use the filter dropdowns to search by condition treated, therapy type, or level of care without entering a specific city. You can also browse nearby city pages to see providers in surrounding communities.
