West Central Behavioral Health – Arbor View is a licensed adult residential mental health treatment center located in Newport, New Hampshire. Designed specifically for adults aged 50 and older who are living with severe and persistent mental illness, Arbor View provides a structured, recovery-focused environment that blends therapeutic care with supportive residential services. With a maximum of 16 residents, the program offers individualized attention in a safe and community-oriented setting.

Arbor View combines on-site clinical programming with 24-hour supervision to ensure residents receive consistent support and therapeutic engagement.
