Was talking to neuro front desk… couldn’t give me any answers then rushing me off the phone because she has a “emergency down stairs” and blaming gentlemen that was doing eeg connect and disconnect for the time mix up she hangs ups… turn out the EMERGENCY she stated was to go smoke a cigarette….she didn’t know I was waiting on my spouse to finish in the building and was smoking right in front of me…. Yall need to train your staff better
Emphasis was placed on the program instead of the person in need. One size does not fit all.
No therapy, nothing to make u better, their only job is to prevent u at that moment from killing yourself they do nothing to help them thoughts stop. And it’s way to boring if people are depressed and going through a hardtime mentally the last thing they want is to be bored and stuck in there head all day thinking how much there life sucks
Awful customer service which speaks volumes about their care towards patients. I'm looking to start the process of taking medication for my mental health and was looking for a provider that would explain a brief detail about their approach. I asked a few questions and mentioned having health insurance; though I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for the right provider.
I call today with a crisis to this office, and the supervisor hang up the call. Said me: "Now I need to go". "People encouraging people"...? I don't think so.

Finding a mental health care facility is very daunting and I have been with Cassie for a long time and I just have to say she is incredible and works really well with me. A lot of really great options for remote therapy. I cannot say or stress enough how great it is to have found a great therapist.
Choosing a residential treatment program is difficult because you can only base your assessment on a website, random reviews, your experience with admissions, and your gut. If you have personal referrals, that is helpful, but not necessarily reflective of the experience your teen will have. Here is my honest assessment of the Chesapeake facility, which I chose among several options because I consistently had the best experience with the admissions team at Sandstone. Justina was by far superior in her service and reliability. Other places felt cold and corporate.
Trying to set an appointment is horrible. I called the front desk to tell them I didn’t receive the link for my appointment and she turned around and said we sent it check again but I inform I check all of my inbox and my junk mail and I don’t see it. Instead of resending the link she hung up the phone and when I called back no answer. This is the worst if you are need of med management appt as you don’t have a direct way to email your provider directly to inform them. Front desk needs to go on a retrain for customer service.
With metal health being so critical & this push on mental health, we should have better knowledge maybe on how our loved ones are when in this negative & unhealthy mental state & allow family members to schedule their appointments!! Especially when you have to call, leave a voicemail & wait for someone to call back so even when you finally get your loved one to agree to make the call with you, you have to hope & pray they stay &/or don’t change their mind by the time you get a call back. Now so far the person assisting me has been helpful & kind but I’m really frustrated as it’s been weeks & I still can’t get my family member an appointment.

Recommended by Baltimore Vet Center (BVC) in Pikesville, MD. A center that failed to provide basic listed services. Apparently they refer a lot of people to this place according to "Adam Jimenez" a worker at BVC. After a phone call it seemed this place is all about the money. Judging by the harsh reviews of this clinic the whole thing appears to be a scam. Not reassuring when a failed clinic recommends this clinic which openly has comments how this clinic is failing its clients.

I gave it one star but it really needs negative 0 I highly don’t recommend getting in this program they get paid from your insurance don’t wanna pay you your money your owed from your work you do they disrespectful they are just so unprofessional and need to be shut Down u contact them as they tell u to do just for them to say its out of there control

I called this place who ever the manager/owner there was very very rude for no reason I just was being sent here for an evaluation because of the courts. I’m paying out of pocket for this evaluation! I’ve spoken to 3 other places for this same evaluation with no insurance all of the other places price ranged from 180-200!!!! Out of pocket cost the rude lady gets on the phone saying after I said I’m paying out of pocket! She says oh it’s 1000 dollars and she can get approved for Medicaid insurance so it a be free! Off break she’s 800 dollars over anywhere else! So to me they obviously scamming the insurance companies by price hiking they services and forwarding the bill to the insurance companies so beware of this place! I was more than willing to pay the rate this evaluation out of pocket!! But they tried to tell me 1000 out of pocket or let them get me Medicaid and it’s free… 1 + 1 = 2 they are scamming insurance companies
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE HOMELESS and have Not been a recent resident of MG county!!! They will make you think you are being helped when they pay for a cab ride to send you to "a shelter". ..bu in reality they're sending you out of the county to get rid of you and make you somebody else's problem. Most likely they'll send you to DC where they have a shelter that accepts non-residents however the shelter is always full with a huge line of people outside the door mostly men trying to get in. And you'll end up in a dangerous neighborhood and a much more unsafe place. Stay where you are in Montgomery county if possible it's much safer. Because sadly there are no beds available anywhere in any county that I've been to five counties in the DC area
I cannot get anyone to call me back regarding medication refills. It has been agonizing every few months to schedule an appt with the medical provider, who, by the way, changes every few months anyways. Red flag that right there. Horrible retention rate. My therapist is wonderful however, and that reason, plus laziness is why I have not switched companies. For a place that provides talk therapy and guidance, the communication is quite poor. Always, there is a gnawing anxiety toward the end of my perscription (for G.A.D!!), worried if I will be able to reach someone before I run out.
When I first became a patient with Maryland Wellness it was right at the start of Covid so I had a few visits in the office and it was only for medication. When everything closed and went to virtual visits I still saw my Dr but then they switched drs which I had no problem with because he picked up right where the other one left off. I recently began with their therapy and I can say I am very pleased at how wonderful and understanding Pam is. Maryland Wellness has always been a great practice who really works with me from helping me set up a payment plan when I didn’t realize I had a bill when I switched insurances to pay off my copayments to always answering when I text their office number because I have forgotten when my next appointment is. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because a combination of my medicine was overlooked for awhile but it was taken care of right away once it was realized and I don’t fault Dr.O entirely because he is a busy Dr and I’m sure he has a lot of people he sees and I normally am a quick appointment. But I recommend Maryland Wellness to anyone needed mental health help.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred while I was walking with my baby and puppy near the parking lot of The Lourie Center School of the Reginald S. Lourie, in Rockville, on Tuesday Sept 2nd at 9 am this morning. During our walk, I was approached and yelled at by an individual who claimed we were "on property" and therefore not allowed to be there. This encounter was not only distressing but also alarming, especially as I was accompanied by my young infant child and pet. It is important to note that there were no visible gates, guards, or signage indicating that this area was private property or that pedestrians were prohibited from walking there. The absence of clear boundaries or restrictions led me to believe that the area was accessible to the public. I believe that everyone should feel safe and welcome when enjoying outdoor spaces, especially those with children and pets. I kindly request that you consider placing appropriate signage to clarify property boundaries and ensure that others do not experience similar harassment in the future. I hope for a resolution that promotes a more welcoming environment for all visitors.

If I could leave a no star review, I WOULD! Viviana and Sergio are very unprofessional, don’t provide proper customer service and are wrongfully charging customers fees for things they are suppose to provide after you finish the program(s). My husband went in person yesterday 08/15/2024 to ask questions on how to obtain his documents of completion of program. Upon arrival he says they didn’t even greet him, he proceed to introduce himself and asking questions when Viviana interrupted him midway and said if he didn’t have an appointment or didn’t call 3 hours prior that he wouldn’t be helped because they were closing in 1 hour. My husband proceeded to explain that he wasn’t aware that he needed to call before or schedule an appointment so he left. Today, 08/16/2024, my husband calls the office and Viviana answers, he proceeds to ask his questions when Viviana begins to cut him off while he is speaking and tells him that he needs to pay 50$ in cash before they can even search up his document(s). My husband asks why 50$ and why didn’t she mention the payment yesterday. Viviana then hands the phone to her colleague Sergio so he could further explain that a payment needed to be made before they could look for my husbands documents and that if we didn’t want to pay the 50$ that we could speak with their supervisor. My husband was placed on hold while they “transferred” us to the supervisor but the line would just ring and ring. We decided to call another number and Tatiana Alfaro answered and was able to provide us the help we needed! Within 10 minutes my husband received the documents he needed. My husband asked Tatiana what the fees were for this service and she told us there was no fee. My husband and I have already sent an email to report this situation but we just want to make sure other individuals don't get mistreated or discouraged on obtaining their documents.
