Every one is so friendly and welcoming. I instantly felt at home as soon as I entered the building. Can’t wait to take this journey with Dr. Mo and the incredible staff !

It will be almost a year in May. Dr. Rowe is an amazing person inside and out. She is very caring and patient with me. I like opening up to her I don't feel judged or afraid to talk to her. I look forward to our sessions weekly. When I'm done with each session I feel a little better about life in general. She is truly a blessing to have and I look at her as my life coach, helping me be a better Me!! Thanks Dr Rowe for all you have done and will continue to do.

Light On Anxiety has literally changed my life. I went from dealing with debilitating social anxiety to being able to leave my house and attend events with minimal anxiety in just a couple of months. LOA is different than all the other therapy clinics I’ve been to. They help you dig down to the root of the anxiety and unravel it piece by piece. I’m not going to lie, the journey can be stressful and emotional, but it’s so worth it to feel free again.

We absolutely love Dr Karen Watts. She is smart, funny and really understands my daughter and her needs with her ocd and exposure therapy. She is making our lives so much better!
