Seemed great at first… complete crap show in terms of medication management. I have called for over a month now trying to get my adult child who has Autism and ADHD the medication he was on when he was hospitalized. His old provider won’t fill anymore because of his new meds, but this place won’t do this.

Great caseworkers for the mental illness. Each case worker my son had went beyond to assist them. From all the experience I had with mental illness I think these worker are the best.

The staff is amazing! My child loves to go to the sessions. I'd give it a 5 star but the BH front desk personnel is lacking professionalism and the kids play area is not very clean.

I like the way I'm treated there. They answer all my questions and my refills are on time.

Edit: The most unprofessional experience of almost any company I've ever interacted with. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and money and find another treatment center. Feel free to hit Troy up (picture) and ask him about how he and his staff are irresponsible, dishonest, and downright unprofessional. There is a reason the last 3 reviews are 1star... ------ Sitting in their admin office for 2 hours now and they still haven't started my intake process. Furthermore, the two women in the admin office keep cussing, complaining about their jobs, coworkers, etc. Great way for a new patient to go through the intake process. Now come to find out they need me to get my CPAP that I don't use and is still in its original box. My place is literally 2hours away. My brother was bringing it up from Phoenix, when 1.5hours into his trip they said I'm not staying and they would bring me to Sky Harbor, as if that fixes things.

I have had such a great experience with Kathryn Cooper@Transitions Counseling! She really has helped me tremendously! Today I had a complete meltdown, and she responded with kindness, professionalism and incredible support! She gets me completely 💯 and she has helped me to ground myself and breath when necessary. I really feel like she cares about me🫶❤️ She is the best! She lets me get it all out and listens! I'm glad I have her on my journey getting better! She is a very patient and kind person! i would give them a 0 but unfortunately that’s not possible. This place was made for addicts that are trying to get helped to be hooked on to more drugs. They take you for your treatment and will refuse you. a lady was kicked fraternizing and was the only one to get in trouble a day after she got kicked out she OD. The staff are very judgmental people who were also pass addicts that will look down at you as if you are less than. They antagonize fights between patients. They will put alcoholics in recovery on methadone a highly addictive drug that deteriorates your body over months. Overall a terrible rehab facility that NEEDS to get shut down.

Their staff was always upbeat and willing to help when calling! They were able to get me enrolled in classes and assist me with everything I needed.

Best place I have ever been to work on my mental health. My provider is Melissa Leuzzi and she has given me options that I never thought about. She shows she really cares by keeping me on trac. The staff is so fun to talk to and inviting. Quinn is amazing and really cares. Alex always remembers patients names. I noticed the difference right away with the TMS treatments. I am a different person for the best.

Please DO NOT COME HERE! The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They did not communicate well and one of the nurses was passive aggressive towards me.

Let me start by saying thank you to everyone who works for C.B.I because they took the time out to listen to me and understand me and understand what I need help with. These people stopped to help me understand what it means to live right. Thank you for everything. They helped me get off the streets and back into a apartment of my own again making me feel whole again in so many ways!

Personally, liked my therapist but services are extremely inconsistent, therapist has forgotten my appointments a couple times, and I’ve had multiple appointments cancelled, I myself have accidentally forgotten my appointment a time or two but this is constantly happening. Not to mention it’s damn near impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Look somewhere else people as my family has even had same experiences.
