We love Arise. We moved to the area and they were great getting my 3 kids in for appointments. They're always kind and welcoming. Best therapy clinic I've been to

Marvina and her team are spirited, enthusiastic, and driven to help their clients, and it shows in every interaction! 10/10 would recommend! Makoto and Sarah @ Globe Life

Always a pleasure working with my psychiatrist through Telehealth. We are able to go over recommendations and ideas openly, and the sessions are concise generally lasting about 15-20 minutes of no major discussions are needed. Highly recommend their team!

Shelley has truly made a life-changing impact on my brother. When he first started seeing her, he was struggling deeply with fentanyl addiction, and our family was worried about his future. Through her guidance, support, and genuine care, she helped him rebuild his life step by step. Today, my brother has been clean for two years—something we once feared might never happen. Shelley didn’t just help him stop using; she helped him grow into a healthier, stronger, and more hopeful person. She creates a safe, understanding environment while also holding him accountable in a way that clearly works. Our family is incredibly grateful for everything she has done. I would highly recommend Shelley to anyone seeking compassionate and effective counseling support. She truly changes lives.
