They give you a decent person to meet in person a time or 2; then pawn you off on a know nothing telehealth stay at home mom that spends 45 of the 55 minutes saying um. Better off hitting the liquor store after work than calling this location.

I took my adolescent in for help and Options did anything but help. She met the criteria to go to an adolescent inpatient treatment center where she'd get the help she needed since obviously whatever Options was doing definitely wasn't working. Options discharged from the program saying she was too high risk. High risk for what? She was going to be at another facility. My daughter's Social Worker and I were in shock they did this when there was an inpatient center willing to take her in and all costs would be covered. I would never recommend Options to anyone and I'm a former Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. I'd give a zero but this is not an option.

Would not recommend. My family and I are gonna have to drive 6 hours down to Iowa to see a dentist because scenic bluffs keeps lieing to us. Because of our insurance we are on a wait list. They told us they should be able to get is in to see a dentist in about 4 months. Now every month we call they keep saying it will be about another 6 months. Last week I was told to call on Monday for my wife and I to get in for emergency appointment since we have bad tooth pain. That they schedule them throughout the week on Monday. Another lie. I called and they only schedule them for 2 days. Not through the week. If your needing a dentist I wouldn't look somewhere else and not waste your time calling them.

i’ve called rock River Medical 4 times today Because I believe I have a blood clot in my leg. I have no insurance and they refused to call me back. However, their voicemail claims that they’ll get a hold of you before the end of business day. It’s all garbage.!!!

Have gone myself. Have referred friends and family. I trust them not only for myself but my family. Professional, caring, and proactive. 5 stars every time - scheduling, billing, counseling, spot on and top notch in every way!

Dr Jay Winston saved my life! I was incorrectly diagnosed he worked with me and I am a changed person so very grateful! He is very professional and pleasant to work with He listens to you. Highly recommend him he can really help you!

I have been coming here for years! I receive some of the best care here. My therapist Tiffany has helped me immensely. I’m forever grateful for her. I do NOT recommend the dental department. Mike lawler specifically. If you can go else where, I highly recommend you do so.

I've just visited the center, but I want to go there with my family. My daughter works until 5:00 Mon.- Fri. The center should be open on Sat. And Sun. For people that work. Closing at 4:30 isn't covenant.

This place is a very toxic place for LGBT people, DON'T go there for any resources. They are just looking for your money and aren't interested in actually helping you.

I've been to four VA clinics and tried non-VA clinics. This one has been my favorite. My primary Dr. and staff are helpful. They do everything they can and have helped with every health concern I had. I know they are also understaffed. My Doc is all business and I don't expect her to be fluff, she's there to take care of my health. I appreciate that, that's military grade. Get to know the staff, let them take care of you, and make sure to show you care for them.

We need this agency to stay intact. All their programs are engineered to benefit not only the city of Sheboygan, but all the communities in all of Sheboygan county, whether the average person in any of our communities is acceptable or not. No one who works there is discriminatory and I have never experienced nasty behavior or disrespect on the department grounds.

The best therapist I've ever seen out of many. I have seen Stacey S. seeing her for many issues and has expertised with a number of modalities and is person centered and truly cares about clients. I highly recommend Jewish Family Services. They include various case management and the supervisor Sam M. I've worked with her and is caring and highly responsive.

I entered Rogers for their trauma recovery program. I started the first day being terrified, not having any idea what was going to happen to me. I was 57 and never had any type of therapy before. I had just spent two weeks in the hospital and I was very fragile. I had the most wonderful experience of my life. The therapists, the desk staff and my psychiatrist (who was a bit odd to be honest) treated me kindly and respectfully. I knew I had to do the work. I hated it at times, crying many, many tears there. My own experience at Rogers has remained one of the best times of my life. I felt comfort there. I know if I ever have a need in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I am so sorry to read some of the other reviews that were not helpful. I am blessed to have been given the opportunity to heal there.
