They Could Help People A Lot Better, If You Could Just Talk To The Same Doctor or Therapist.

I have been a client of Chelsea for years. She has helped me tremendously. She is patient, respectful, and responsive. If I could give her 10 stars 🌟 I would!

I can NOT recommend Brittany Christiansen or the play therapy program. It is my first personal experience with play therapy. Ms. Christiansen was recommended by another counselor who didn't accept young children. She may be of benefit in simple, straightforward cases, but our situation was more complex, and she was unable to handle the case. She repeatedly went back to certain basic principles that had already been utilized and in place. The counselor chose to cut back visits despite the fact that our family and our granddaughter felt uncomfortable moving to every other week. This caused regression and escalating behaviors. When addressed, there were no new recommendations or help offered, just status quo therapy sessions. She continued to see us without offering anything to address exacerbation. I had to seek our additional help from physician, specialists, and look for answers on my own. After a severe escalation that came close to needing emergency intervention, I had a phone call and parent meeting, which I was told was to discuss our concerns and brainstorm future recommendations and therapy plans. Turns out the meeting was only to say what they were doing wasn't working and offer their "recommendations" for OT therapy which they knew had already been ordered by her specialist, recommend some other programs which I had already asked their thoughts on (not their idea/recommendation) and tell us there was nothing else their offices could provide so they would be terminating care. So, as I said, if you have a sweet, compliant child who just needs something straightforward and simple then go for it, but if you have a strong-willed child with complex traumas that will require real work and solutions keep looking because she can't do it

Cultivate and the staff are angels and magic workers. Our girls benefitted greatly from every day of their services here. We moved across country for work, otherwise we would never have discontinued services here. The girls miss the staff and ask for some of them throughout the day.
I am very happy to have found a clinic with such caring professionals, especially the dedication of Dr. Lilian, who has helped me and my family overcome so many things. I have great trust and appreciation for the doctors at this clinic as well as for the entire staff.

I've loved coming to the Dallas Therapy Collective! Went there for about a year or so and plan to return eventually.

I’m going here for my depression and panic disorder. So far the treatment and care has been excellent. There’s a bit of paperwork to start treatment but they assisted me with filling it out. I get my medication for free since I have no job and income. They also got me a case worker that is very caring and polite that either visits my house or calls me. It’s located almost where you’re leaving town near the Cuero highway. I will update this review if something changes or the treatment changes. But for now I have no complaints, thank you!

So I would give this place five stars, but the problem is a single particular individual that I’m not too fond of and that person knows who they are. However, Overall though, Thanks you guys!!!❤️In addition, I want to shout out Dr. Sarah; she was absolutely amazing, sweet, kind, calm, patient, and heard me out! She was a really kind Doctor. Additionally, so was the lady positioned on the right in the lobby working at the front desk! Thanks Ladies for trying your best to Put Me, The Patient first! God Bless you all!!!😃😃😃

Trying to get through the phone lines to talk with a patient is a nightmare. The staff leave you on hold for literally 20 minutes just to answer and hang up without saying a single thing. The staff had also somehow lost all my family members items before she could even receive them, claiming they weren't sure where they could've gone. She had to wear the paper thin gowns in the cold weather during her entire stay. When I called to ask about it, every staff member just gave me the run around. When I threatened to make a complaint and incident report, somehow they miraculously found them. I'm only giving two stars for the kind night nurses that were attentive to my family member during her stay.
I've been going here for the last 5 years. Dr Sherick Is a very kind man. The office staff is always right on top of my refills. I've seen post that are negative. Some people like it some people don't. I even have family members that don't. But that's okay I like it. There is sweet and kind to me. Very patient and helpful.

I desperately needed a place to safely detox from 7oh and Cenikor got me in and took care of me. The staff, nurses and other clients welcomed me in with open arms and helped me get clean all while showering me with proper love and care. I would highly highly recommend Cenikor. If you're reading this and you need help, please please reach out they have many facilities and they WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR LIFE BACK. Thank you Cenikor, staff, and amazing clients. I don't plan on coming back but I will always be thankful for what they did for me.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Forte at Innova. She is incredibly kind, caring, and honest, and I am forever grateful for the support she has given me throughout the past 3 years . She took the time to truly listen to every single word I said, making me feel heard and understood in a way that is rare to find. Dr. Forte provided me with the education and tools I needed to better understand what I was going through, which made a huge difference in my journey. Because of her guidance, I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and look forward to my new life in CO. 😊 Her compassion and dedication to her patients truly stand out, and I always felt like I was in good hands. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Dr. Forte. I am so thankful for everything she has done for me. Thank you, Dr. Forte! ❤️ God is good !

Obviously not using my real name but I spent around 5 years at Cedar Crest when I was a teenager. I was released from Cedar Crest in 2007 at age 17. Yeah, it's been a while. But while I was there, it was the first place I'd been to that truly helped me when I'd been to a lot of other places before Cedar Crest. The staff were caring and yeah a little rough around the edges and stern when the had to be but no staff member was abusive while I was there. I wasn't the easy going one either. I caused a lot of problems since I didn't know how to cope with my trauma. I'm a little ashamed to publicly admit that but it is what it is and at the time, it made me feel like I was in control of me. I fought against it for a long time at first. Two or three years honestly. I didn't want the therapy. I didn't want to let go of the trauma because it's all I knew. But a little after I turned 15 I started working the program and really wanting to be better, it was like my entire world shifted. I changed for the better. A lot of what I was taught and the experiences I made with the staff who were working there has stuck with me even now. I don't know what Cedar Crest is like anymore since I'm sure the staff aren't the same but I know being sent to Cedar Crest was the best decision made for me since it helped me become who I am today.

As a person in long term recovery in Amarillo, I love seeing a treatment center so involved in the community! The staff are professional and several are in recovery themselves and work selflessly to be a living example of how life in recovery can be. The individualized treatment is unlike any I have seen in any other setting, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure the highest chance of success for each client. I know countless people who have come in the doors broken and feeling hopeless, and when they leave they have a new outlook on life and most importantly, a second chance at living....and are still sober to this day! This community has needed a place like this for a long time and it's so refreshing to see it working in such an amazing way within the community as well as throughout the state of Texas! Such a blessing!
Large, helpful staff that all seem to know me by name.shout out Justin

I have an appointment for 1:00pm and another one for a different doctor at another facility at 12:00pm. The 1:00pm to draw blood and to see my doctor, i can get very dizzy and lightheaded if I don't get anything to eat; they told me I can wait for a "no show" in the morning I said cool, today they told me my appointment is for 3:00pm, I said I cant wait for that long without for food. I told them to reschedule.

First appointment was 45 minutes late. Second appointment I was there over an hour before finally leaving. Could never get my refund for the second appointment that never happened. I genuinely tried several times and finally just gave up. Session was constantly interrupted so she could get onto the “trained” therapy dog. The dogs are the only positive experience I had. Just very unprofessional and considering people are there for help, could be more conscientious of the added stress they bring.
