DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!

Very friendly. Was able to get the info I needed to help others.

Based on my experience, this organization presents itself as mission-driven, but its internal practices did not consistently reflect ethical, transparent, or client-centered care (particularly placing clients into group services over individualized clinical judgment). These practices raised concerns about the quality and integrity of care being provided. Given my experience, I would not recommend this organization for services and strongly encourage prospective clients to seek care elsewhere.

My husband was here because he developed pneumonia while we were camping. The care he received was excellent! All of the staff were exceptional! They were kind, caring, and concerned! I was so glad we were here when he got sick. Best care we could have received!

Ill give this a 5 star because it was nun but fun for me because i was always hype in the aztev dorm yeah this is me Zaivon brock

I was going there for a while but it got so bad that in 2014 I stopped going to in VA facility completely. The doctors I saw were dishonest, filled false statements in my records, and played mind games with my meds. I tried to go down town but they had blacklisted me. I couldn't even get aspirin. I tried to file a complaint with patient advocacy but they just blew me off. Jokes on them, I also had Tricare Prime. Now 2026, had something minor with my sight so thought I would give them another chance. 3 months later for the appointment and it was a complete waste of time. THANKFUL I have other options.

Helping Hand Home For Children is a truly remarkable organization that is making a real and meaningful difference in the lives of children in Austin. The dedication and compassion that the entire team brings to their work is evident in everything they do, and it is clear that the wellbeing of every child is always the top priority. The environment they have created is safe, nurturing and full of warmth, giving children the stability and support they need to thrive. The staff goes above and beyond in ways that are genuinely heartwarming and it is clear that this is not just a job for them but a true calling. The level of care, professionalism and love that goes into this place is something very special and rare. Helping Hand Home For Children deserves every bit of support and recognition from the Austin community and beyond.

If you're actually looking for help, look somewhere else. These people are going to tell you that you have full control over your feelings. That you can regulate the way your body feels naturally. That breathing and yoga will help you with your crippling depression. Want a yoga instructor? Yeah, go ahead and make an appointment. Want actual help? Go literally anywhere else.

Love the place been going there ever since

I have been coming here for about a year now and have yet to have a bad experience. They are very welcoming and understanding! I not only see my psychiatrist here, who has always listened to me and been very helpful, but i also did TMS therapy with Armani, and she was amazing! She communicated very well and explained everything every step of the way.
I personally worked under psychiatrist Van King, MD and I'm very proud of his accomplishment in opening this clinic. Dr. King is the quintessential, integral, ethical, and professional provider you could ever want to help you or work with. Rest assured, patients and staff are in good hands under Dr. Kings leadership as you can see from the previous excellent patient reviews. To the employees of this clinic, always remember that someone is always watching and observing you. You are a representation of your employer.

The staff, professional always but with a down home team. My medical doctor is very nice and my therapist is hitting it out of the part every time Im here

The experience I had when visiting a love one is there is a lot of mental and emotional abuse to the men and women there. The staff have no respect for the ones there to receive recovery of a healthy life or even for the visitors. The staff needs to be investigated for mentally and emotionally abused and needs better training on how to treat people no one is perfect people make mistakes. My heart goes out to the people there for a safe and speedy recovery. May God bless he's love to the people who are there for recovery for a safer life style.

It’s been almost a year since my husband went here and when it comes to addiction it took me a while to believe the results but I can say that he has been sober and attending recovery program weekly through AA since he graduated . We have our family back and the man I married is back. I am so grateful for this program.
The office was easy for me to get too. It is very clean and the front desk was very pleasant . I did have a bit of a wait but I was early . My visit with the NPA Tagle was fantastic. We addressed all my issues and have started a plan . She was very thorough with my history and what is going on. Looking forward to my follow up appointment.
