I have to say this place was amazing for my grandson. His family counselor, Lacy Dorgan, was so amazing. Working with Lacy has been an incredible experience. From the very first session, she created a warm, non-judgmental, and safe environment that allowed him to open up and process difficult life experiences. Her gentle approach and active listening helped him feel truly heard and validated. He talked about how much he loved working with her all the way home. And during our Family sessions, she made sure that we were all involved in the whole visit. She helped us work through all of our problems. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone seeking compassionate care. She is a skilled and insightful professional who has helped him make significant, positive changes in his life over the past few months. She doesn't just listen; she provides practical tools, coping strategies, and actionable advice that he still uses use daily. His confidence has grown tremendously thanks to her guidance. He is a totally different person from the time we dropped him off at Sundance.

All the staff are kind and courteous. The receptionists, security, nurses, aides, and social workers are very professional. They have assisted me and my family in so many ways. They go above and beyond in helping me and my loved ones. Their team are all angels and a blessing to us.

The staff is nice and friendly I thank the team of psychologist , nurses and pharmacists for the day in and day dedication especially on days I am not my best. I appreciate you all thank you.

I just have to boast about Danny with A Better Boat Transportation. He’s the angel that came all the way to my house +4 hours away to get me to Ripple Ranch. Danny is nothing short of phenomenal. He made my ride to Ripple Ranch Recovery so extremely comfortable and pleasant. He definitely eased my anxiety. Danny’s communication skills are very spot on and he made me feel very comfortable. Danny is a very safe and alert driver. He was very easy to relate to and I truly appreciate him. He’s a bright light in this world and a true gem. I’d recommend A Better Boat Transportation to anybody! I’m currently about two and a half hours from Ripple Ranch and I absolutely can not wait to get to my “fresh start”. I’ll be sure to come back and update this review once I’m done at Ripple Ranch!

After being discharged from the hospital I started attending their intensive outpatient program and it's been the help ive been needing. Director of iop letty sosa and her team advocate for me and my peers to get all the help we need making me and my peers feel loved and appreciated. She provides you with and understanding of your diagnosis and a treatment plan to help you gain control of life again.

Our experience with Alpha has been nothing short of transformative for my 15-year-old son. When we first sought help following my son's overdose, I was overwhelmed with concern and uncertainty. But from the very first phone call, the staff made us feel supported and heard. The intake process was smooth, and they took the time to carefully explain every step of the program, ensuring we were fully informed and comfortable moving forward.

Wow, what a life changing program. Before entering this program my disabilities and mental health really controlled everything I do. Thanks to this program, I got my life back. I learned to love myself, take responsibility in managing my mental health, improve relationships, navigate conflict, process trauma, and so much more. EVERY SINGLE provider and team member there is so kind, compassionate, informed, and caring. I did both PHP and IOP and met ALL of my treatment goals, then made more and met those. I feel so much better. My motivation is back. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for changing my life, Meadows. Also as an autistic adult I LOVED the welcome and acceptance from this program. Highly recommend for everyone, neurodivergent individuals as well.

Behavioral steps of Houston is a great place for your loved ones to live. This group home helps them with all their adl. They assist with medication management, doctor and psychiatry visits are regulated on site and more. I highly recommend this home!

This time everyone was on deck and appreciated my frustration with Medicare pay for my basic vaccinations. After being turned down( twice) by my chosen provider I received wonderful help with the Lake Jackson VA clinic who administered all the vaccines I was eligible to receive. So cool.

Best experience I had with them with all the staff members there in the therapist they have different people that come from everywhere to help out and is helping me and my family they offer a lot of services I'm very happy with them services we will continue to help everyone else I will refer others they do not judge you and they do keep secrets and they try to see both sides of everything it treats you like family

From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt a genuine sense of compassion and dedication from the staff, creating an environment that fostered healing and growth for military service members and veterans.

Chilli paneer, chilli Chicken are awesome, you never find the taste anywhere..vada pav and few North Indian dishes are very delicious…roti with chicken curries are also too good but bit less salty and spicy,we need to order with medium spicy...I have tried these..every one has to try these and deserts and Chai is too good even.. Service is good and restaurant ambiance is amazing. Awesome addition to Downtown Dallas
