Most professional facilities, staff, clerical staff in the area. I can't speak for others and their needs, but I'm much happier there than I was at Pathways. The staff at Carey have really got an efficient and effective plan going on. Something I've not found anywhere else.

I have called for 3 weeks and youth villages has also called on my behalf. No one returns calls here. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

They will send you out in the cold not thinking about your sobriety on a whim. Not finding out what a situation is or isn't , just roll with an accusation without ANY INPUT. I HAVE NEVER THREATENED ANYONE AT ANY REHAB POINT BLANK . I found Somewhere better anyway , I'm SO THANKFUL FOR JOURNEY PURE WEGO WOULDN'T TAKE TREAT YOU LIKE YOU DON'T MATTER. Can't reach someone after hours or on holidays when there's an emergency about a prescription and serious problem with it if a mistake happens or whatever the problem and situation way be.In methe past I was able to reach someone after hours or after hours on a holiday when there was a problem with my prescriptions needing fixed and I can't reach anyone at any offices because I've called Duffield,VA and they helped me at night after hours to get my prescriptions I needed and I need them now and I can't reach anyone or get someone to answer a phone at any office in all cities and even Duffield,VA because Morristown Walgreens on the East side closed today on Thanksgiving but other Walgreens are open and I thought Morristown was open because they used to be and I receive messages from them so Walgreens could've at least let me know they closed today and Revida Recovery needs someone answering after hours like they did in the past and like the other clinics do,at least some of them have an after hours person answering and also not to mention Revida Recovery was giving me my answer medicine I the past but won't give it to me now or last year and saying it's the law but it's their decision to make because I found out and the past 3 clinics wrote them for me and it's not the law stopping any doctor from writing them, it's the doctor's decision to write them and they should especially when the patient was never addicted to them and a PC put me on them for years and doctors at 3 last clinics gave them to me and I'm not happy about this and very upset about it because of the doctors at Revida not writing them for me now but they did in the past and that's why I'm only leaving 1star

When it was Cherokee health it ran so smooth never waited more than 5 mins after my appointment time. Now it's atleast a half hour. Definitely never using them again. Thanks river valley health for ruining a good place! I hope you make all the money off is poor people.

I spoke with Ms. Tawana Higgs and I really appreciate how she was so helpful with information about the program.

I had zero issues until Tanya Parker left. She was amazing and very responsive to my NEEDS - not wants but NEEDS for my mental health. I called to get a refill this morning on an important medicine and they told me Tanya was no longer with them and I’m discharged. This was so shocking and disappointing. The receptionist was absolutely no help. Just gave me the run-around. I am being referred to a different Mental Health Center because that is not how you treat a patient with depression and hasn’t had their medicine in days— because the patient was failed to be informed their doctor left. Crazy. Will never be back there. I work in behavioral health and I KNOW that’s not how you treat patients. Absolutely ridiculous with zero compassion.

I have been seen in the Oak Ridge office for years. No one has ever given me any troubles. My calls have ALWAYS been answered. My appointments have always been positive. When I was laid off, they did the paperwork for safety net to ensure I was going to be receiving my medication as prescribed. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Staff seems genuinely concerned. Willing to accommodate as much as possible to make improvements in care.

Just like every other treatment facility. It is what you make of it. With that being said...

I have gone to Cherokee for close to 10 years now. In that time I have utilized quite a few of their facilities. The concept of an integrated health system has been invaluable to me through the years. I became a patient right after I turned 18 and having the network of providers all within each other made navigating my health so much less stressful. I’ve been a patient through many different stages of life and have never felt like I had to sacrifice my health due to finances. It truly feels like my healthcare providers through Cherokee are a team. I can’t thank this place enough for the non-judgmental care I’ve received.

This place absolutely has no respect for parents who are trying their best to get their kids back from the state DCS DF, S.Whatever it's called, they are all crooked and Tanisha Wilburn Lod on stand in court on me now. I have a new worker and they move my son 2 months ago. And I have not been contacted or told where he is or how he is and gave her my phone number the day she told me that she was thinking about my case. By the way, guys, anybody dealing with DCS needs to start reading their Handbook. They give you when they take your kids. Because there's a lot of things they are not doing Bala. They're trying to take my parenting rights big. What kills. They haven't been in my house any year. Well, I just happened to find that book. They gave me come to find out. They can't get me for ATP R when they haven't been in my house once a month every month. In a year I have not seen or heard ADC s record at my door in over A. Be careful if you have kids in DCS custody. Because you need a omnivision. They lie on you. They treat you like. You're a nobody and all you have to do is go online and all the main people. And don't just call him and tell him that he called

Brought a friend here, this is just to try to help others find this place. It's located in a shopping center with Dollar General, Planet Fitness, Metro, Divine nails & Spa.

On the worst night of my life, Michael Thomas made me feel small and beneath him. My loved one died of an overdose. When the code was stopped and I felt as though I might die as well, the best he could muster was 'you knew it would end this way' in a tone that expressed disgust. For almost 3 years those words cut my heart. Then I requested my loved ones complete medical record. Michael Thomas with his Caribbean island medical degree decided it would be appropriate to use those exact same words as "chief complaint" in a permanent medical record. He is employed by middle Tennessee emergency physicians not ascension. Contacting administration and compliance is all but impossible. Stones river and Dekalb share a single person as admin/compliance officer. Upon speaking with this person I was told the doctor was not their employee and they couldn't do anything about the Drs behavior. 6 months ago I requested the chart be amended to reflect chief medical complaint yet here I am still pushing. Dr thomas engages in malicious charting (it's a thing). He makes fun of poor people, old people, addicts (often refusing adequate care, as if addiction was not a disease). StThomas administrative staff and medical records have made correcting the absurd charting by Thomas nearly impossible. I will never forgive him. He could have shown compassion during a terrible experience but he chose smart aleck instead and no one will call him on it. I fully intend to bother them and him until the chart is amended and if thomas was a decent human he would apologize to me for charting that absurd chief complaint.

This clinic is efficient and I want to give a kudos to Diane! She is an Allstar managing the front desk and the way she truly cares speaks volumes! I believe she should be recognized for her friendliness, diligence, & efficiency!

I was at Harbor House in 1988 and have had a great life with a beautiful family and career success over the last several years. This place was there for me when I needed it and not only saved my life, but gave me good tools for the rest of my life. I learned to listen to others.

I have had imaging done at Livingston for years. The nurse who does the mammograms is always very professional and makes it a very easy process. Now they have a 3D machine for mammograms! Also you’re in and out in under 30 minutes and no drive to Cookeville.
