When I first came to Wellness Warrior Tribe I was in one of the most fragile places I had ever been. I was struggling personally, physically, relationally, and in my career. I had been through many years of therapy, so to come to this place in my life where I felt I needed MORE HELP felt defeating to me. I wasn't exactly sure what Wellness Warrior Tribe was about, but I was desperate and tired of traditional talk therapy. I am still not sure how to articulate most effectively what Rebecca and Nicole do (they would be better suited to explain their process), but I can tell you that I left that first session feeling lighter, full of hope, and energized in a way I hadn't felt in a very long time ... all without having to share any of my story. I continued the sessions for 8 months and can confidently say that it changed the course of my life in profound ways. I ditched the bad relationship, went back to school, and became more intentional about growing in my authenticity, which I work on every day. I additionally embraced my calling to come alongside others who want to experience a deeper authenticity in their own life. Thank you Nicole and Rebecca for your love of this community. Thank you for the way you offer unique healing for those who have bravely lived through trauma and desire to be free.

This place completely changed my life. I went through the teen program once while I was still living with my parents, which helped some; but I went through the adult program twice when I left my parents, and the difference is night and day. It’s been two years since I graduated the adult program, and I still rely on and perfect the skills I learned in class today. Rena Arwood was my group leader; let me just say, she deserves the world. She is an incredible therapist and very compelling teacher. I recommend The Middle Path (and Rena!) to any of my friends who’s struggling (and is insured). If you’re on the fence about signing up, and you have the means, do not hesitate.

I actually don’t know where to start! Emily is one of the most compassionate, caring individuals that I myself have actually ever came across! Not only is she a caring individual but she manages to care about each individual on a more complex personal level, because each client is different and requires different needs so she tends to her clients individually and on their personal needs! She’s very compassionate about her job/career/passion and takes her line of work serious and is always striving to better herself on every level to stay ahead and be prepared for any obstacle she may encounter! The words ‘compassion’ along with ‘caring’ gets thrown around loosely nowadays, without people actually knowing what them terms/words represent and stand for! Well, let me assure you that Emily incorporates both of these definitions, not only in her career, but on an every day basis, 24 hours a day 7 days! And my God, even twice on Sundays! Not only do these qualities run deep within Emily’s heart and soul! But these same qualities run deep within her Family’s heart and soul! She has been brought up and raised from a very young age with these pure qualities embedded in her DNA! I can definitely say with 100% certainty that this young lady holds many valuable assets that need to be re-instilled back into our Health and Welfare system! Good day!

I would absolutely recommend Pasadena Villa to anyone seeking outpatient treatment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. The group therapy is very helpful, as is the education and skills provided during treatment. I felt like I could always be open and honest with my needs and was able to meet all of my treatment goals with their help. I had a wonderful experience at Pasadena Villa.

Elizabeth Brown was amazing with my son today. She was kind, patient, and took the time to listen to all of our concerns. She explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable during the entire visit. What impressed me the most was how caring and thorough she was. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that she truly cares about her patients. As someone who works in healthcare, it was inspiring to see a provider with so much passion and dedication. Thank you, Elizabeth, for the excellent care and for making our visit such a positive experience.

I love this place... I don't know what I would have done with out them I truly believe they saved my life.... The Dr really makes me feel so at ease he understands me and seems to know just what I need..... Now the meetings I'm involved in really help with the problems I have. It's good to know people are going through what I am and giving each other advice helps a lot and when ever you need some help their only one phone call away..... truly a life saver.......
