My recent visit to Kennedy Krieger Institute left much to be desired. As an interpreter, I arrived with the intention of assisting a patient with language barriers, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the lack of available parking forced me to utilize the institute’s parking, where I was shocked to be charged $10 for a mere 20 minutes. This exorbitant fee was an unexpected burden.

Be very careful going here. Went here to get help and came out more traumatized. Therapist only care about themselves and protecting themselves. Very critical and judgmental. I was told she was jealous of my strength. When confronted a therapist she told me she didn’t say that. No accountability whatsoever who can trust a therapist with no accountability and blames you for their actions and your past. Sad you put your trust in someone for 2 years and they’re just like everyone else. Some people don’t need to be a therapist because they care more about themselves and their reputation than a clients mental health. The therapist harmed my mental health couldn’t get a sincere apology or explanation and was terminated for holding her accountable asking for answers after two years. I got terminated over the phone couldn’t even get closure. Very selfish for her to get closure and leave me with questions after two years of therapy. Be careful who you trust.. You would think the clinic would like feedback to work with the therapist so this wouldn’t happen to future clients but the supervisor only provided referrals and was weird. I’m writing this review because this was very traumatic for me and it seems like there was another review here with same issue. I don’t want anyone to be harmed like I have. Be very careful and tread carefully here! Good luck!

Terrible front desk staff. This man was sitting there today and had the worst attitude. I would never recommend this site to anyone in real need of help. Hw stormed the door and effectively made me feel unsafe.

I started crossroads in January and my experience has been great. I was in the IOP program and with 9 different meeting throughout the week I had plenty of flexibility in my weekly schedule. Everyone in the group are always very engaged and are ran by some great people. If you are in need of resources they will track down the information promptly. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a treatment program.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Chiedozie is rude, abrupt and has a terrible bedside manner. As a psych doctor, you would think listening would be a strong point. That is not the case here. If you mention ADHD, you will instantly be judged. It’s very odd. I ended our appointment right in the middle of it because of the way I was being treated. I will not be returning. The only pleasant experience I had here was dealing with the front desk staff.

I had a not so good experience with Kashiera West. In my opinion, she’s cold and not welcoming, always seems to have an attitude. She makes for an uncomfortable and unproductive experience. Aside from that, this place has helped me tremendously in almost two years. My therapist, Michellee Jones is so amazing. She provides honest and helpful feedback and ways to cope with things I am going through. Dr. Kattie is so wonderful and really cares about you meeting your goals and working with you on your plan. She’s so attentive and professional. Diane is so good to work with. Attentive and caring, always sounds like she’s happy to do her job. I really appreciate my “team” here.

Dr.BeBe is amazing. I found her to listen and not try to accuse you of being on too many prescriptions or cut your dose that you have been on 20 years. I was denied by another provider at a difference office and honestly I was scared it would happen again. Dr.BeBe listens and is compassionate and looks out for your best interest & providing the best quality of life you can have. I’m so relieved I found Dr.BeBe and the other provider turned me away. Everyone in the office was helpful & kind. It was a breath of fresh air to be seen in a clean office and everyone did what needed to be done. My old pain management office I spent a year getting a prior authorization which never got done. Dr.BeBe had it approved within 4 hours of leaving my appointment. This should be how all chronic pain patients should be treated. Even my Pharmacist was elated. Thank you to Livestream Bowie off Dr. BeBe & her whole staff. I look forward to seeing her again in a few weeks.

Phoenix Health Services has helped me a great deal staff is friendly+welcoming Toni, Jamia, Tye, and karisma are always available to talk or laugh with while still holding you accountable I really appreciate their hard work.

I’m really impressed with the care my daughter has been receiving at ALAI. I was very anxious in the beginning, but Sam and her team have been nothing short of amazing. Communication is clear and transparent, and I truly feel that my child is safe and well cared for. The parent meetings are open and supportive, and I appreciate how they listen to any concerns. I highly recommend ALAI to any family with a child on the spectrum.

Emily Lauren is a very professional & knowledgeable therapist who helped me set and worked with me to reach my goals within our established timeline. She's a good listener & a strong communicator. Highly recommend.

Dr Bhalavat is professional psychiatrist with high experience and knowledgeable to understand my mental health illness. He gave me his best effort to support my mental health illness by giving me educational information, medical advises, patience to hear my complain and my struggle, my low points and frustration. I become able to understand my self, my goal and my mental health caused and need. Dr Bhalavat made me optimistic about my mental health illness that can be cure by time with my strong will, not depend on my medicine. Dr Bhalavat made me feel as a human, feel worthy, he motivate me to be able to make plan to my goal. Even Dr Bhalavat can not resolve my life's problem, Dr Bhalavat made me think out of the box and figure out how to face it with brave and high spirit, have big heart to try and try, and support me with the best in his office health services can provided with my homeless situation. I am asking help many times and hopeless with my anxiety, severe Depression and PTSD, and his office always support by providing medical supported documents that I need from each appointments. His office help me to is like one of the living life angel's wing in the earth to me. Dr Bhalavat is patience, polite, straight forward and very good in communication and have empathy to listen and understand my mental health problem to not only depend on my medical pills. Overall, Dr Ravikumar Bhalavat, MD with American Psychiatric Care team is the best for me after I visit many psychiatrists office in the past. Their business should be shut down. The whole staff is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.. they constantly gaslight you making you seem like they care, but then never follow up with you to scheduling an appointment. I called many times to schedule appointment myself, but every time I call, I could never get a hold of anyone. I have left several voice message with the hopes of someone will call me back, but I never get a call back. After escalating my issues to a manager, she promised moving forward everything would be a lot more professional. That was about two months ago and I still haven’t received a follow up from anybody.. if you’re seeking professional therapy help, I strongly recommend you go someplace else.
