I know nothing about this place however, I have seen people that comes from this place and they have no ill words to say. Keep up the good work please and thank you.
I’m currently in the Army and recently went in to get a new ID card since my previous one was about to expire. I was a walk-in and only waited about 15 minutes before I was seen, which was great considering the queue ahead of me. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and efficient.

Joke of a treatment. Really disappointed in my out-patient counselor Jordan who was horrific at communication before she went on vacation. Will never waste my time with a stupid program like Hina Mauka again
My children see Dr. Brian Kehoe here, who has multiple offices around the island. Because of that, he's only here once a week. It's hard to get a regular time slot but he'll keep trying if you do. He's good with the kids and helps reinforce positive behavior.
Everybody was helpful and courteous. Dr. Reed was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Her assistant called me back and she said she would for another question I had. This was my first experience there and I would definitely go back.

I was in a bad way luckily for me I was court ordered to do classes. I went in with a closed mind and after a couple of classes, I realized how messed up I was and started to go to the classes with an open mind. Christopher is a very good councilor, he got through to me like no one could. Long story short I learned a lot about myself and the reasons I am the way I am and how to change the destructive patterns I was choosing. Christopher and Access Capabilities help me change my life for the better. And to top it off he worked out a payment plan for me because I didn’t have health care coverage at the time. Thank you Chris and access capabilities!
Aloha! I’m a Kupuna (elder) living on the beautiful island of Oahu. I’ve lived with TRD, treatment resistant depression, for over 29 years. It felt like as I aged, navigating each bout of depression became harder. To be honest, I wondered how much longer I could hold on. But as a retired RN with over 40 years of caring for others, I knew I had to care for myself. I couldn’t give up hope. After finding Advanced Psychiatric Therapeutics I’m so glad I kept advocating for myself. During my first zoom consultation with Dr. Jeremy Roberts I could feel how much he cared. His compassion and kindness was evident. After the hard work that Kristen, one of the office angels, put in working with my insurance company, I was approved for Spravato. I’ve since had my 4th session in one of their cozy rooms and I can’t express how much better I feel. After years of working in the field of medicine I know quality health care when I see it, and the care delivered by Dr. Roberts, Kristen, Nicole and Sam at Advanced Psychiatric Therapeutics is top notch. I’m monitored closely by Dr. Roberts, Kristen and Nicole. They check on me frequently, making sure I’m in a good place. Walking in the office feels like walking in a friend’s home, there’s no “doctor office” vibe at all. The most important thing I feel is a sense of safety, knowing that I’m in caring and competent hands. Anyone living with TRD knows that it’s not an easy journey and perfection doesn’t exist. But to have my life back and to see a good future for myself is a true blessing. I am grateful that I have lived long enough to experience this hope and relief from the debilitating effects of depression. I think I can speak for my fellow travelers on this journey when I say, we learn to appreciate life’s simple pleasures in a special way that others may take for granted. Mahalo to Dr. Roberts, Kristen, Nicole, Sam and Trixie for your kind and excellent care. To my fellow travelers, Don’t Give Up. 🌈
The Dr we have for our daughter is great however the office not organized. They never answer the phone.
The nurse I was very nice and helpful. The thing I don't like about them is that they are bad at answering the phones. The doctor I saw was smart and knowledgeable, however when I had some forms that needed to be filled out for my work she said she couldn't because she didn't know my history. I have came for appointments in the past and there is a way to look it up in the system which is what Dr.Travers did for me when she didn't know. But this one said she couldn't and when I had my psychiatrist listed on my form she asked the psychologist to fill it out. Like my psychologist knows nothing about my physical health so how would you expect someone to fill out something they do not specialize in?

as someone from the mainland, for the area, it's not bad care. but in comparison to the better medical care you can receive on the mainland, it's not the best. the staff were all very nice, accommodating, and helpful. i also went in an ambulance to Kona Community Hospital, and if i had to choose between the two, I would choose Hilo.
Once I got there I was taken care of right away. I didn’t have to pull a number. The clerk was professional and proficient. She was friendly as well. On the website it said they were changing buildings so I went to the City Financial tower but once I got there no one knew where the Vital Records was located. A passerby told me it was back at the Health Department building on Punchbowl. I tried to call but kept getting automated messages. That was quite frustrating. I went to the Punchbowl address gearing I was late for my appointment but I made it in time. Also, the website would not allow me to change the number of death certificates I wanted. The toggle button wouldn’t work. That’s why I had to go in person. Once I got there it went smoothly.
At first I was skeptical in doing testing to see if I had a disability or ADHD since it runs in my family. After I had my first consult with Dr. Umphress, I felt relieved that he was there to not only help me but find the cause in why I have a hard time with certain tasks at work. So far, I felt comfortable with the staff and doctor because he reassured me that a lot of people have the type of symptoms that I have which is, anxiety, can’t focus etc. I would have gave this place a 5 star if the testing wasn't so expensive but oh well can’t help. Otherwise, I would say i am pretty happy with my past 3 experiences at this facility and highly recommend Dr. Unphress. Dr. Umphress is so friendly and willing to listen to your problems and does not judge you. Thank you Oahu psychological services! :)

I’m writing this review because my experience at Adventist Health Castle Urgent Care Pearl City on March 7th was outstanding—especially in comparison to the disappointing service I received at Desmond Doss Urgent Care on February 26, 2025, around 6:15 p.m.
This place sucks. Staff are the lowest.
When my oldest daughter was a baby, I lived in the shelter with my mom and my six month old baby back in 1986. All of the staff that worked here was awesome.
I found a psychologist I was interested in via Psychology Today. I called and left a message expressing interest in that particular therapist. I received a phone call back asking me to call or text them back. I texted.
