Dr. James Winston has been a huge impact on how my life has changed for the good! Before when I was really worse off, I only had insurance through the state. Despite low paying insurance, Dr. Winston still accepted me even with a full client list. I was very young at the time and I truly believe he didn't want to see a young man as myself completely fall. He has stuck with me through thick and thin. I view him as a father figure. He puts trust in his patients and considers their thoughts on what would be best for treatment or even life decisions that are difficult. He has reached out just to check on me and when things are not so well, he would check on me multiple times. I truly do feel it is a blessing meeting him and having him as my doctor and even being a small part of my life. I wouldn't want anyone else! He cares and that is what makes this Dr. the best doctor!

Dr. Kelly is amazing! The dental services are very good and Dr.Josie is a great chiropractor! Pharmacy has great hours, no waiting and carry lines of medication that other mainstream pharmacies don't carry.

It's been over a year since my stay at the Blaindine House. I recommend this over any other rehab facility in the state. THE STAFF is amazing!! There will always be a place in my heart for the staff and board members. Im still clean and respectfully wish everyone going through addiction the best luck in your journey!

I can’t understand any low ratings on here . I had to go twice over 4th weekend . Care was prompt and everyone from Reception to the Dr. was wonderful ! I felt safe and comfortable. Was never left waiting in the triage without someone looking in on me . Both Days my Drs. We’re excellent . Thursday nite I saw Dr. Frazier , he was very attentive and I felt confident in his decision to up one of my BP meds . He also took time to talk to me about my condition . Very bright kind young man . You will be lucky if he’s on duty for your emergency. Over all 5 stars from me and I’ll never use local Rkfd hospitals again . Second day I went back with chest pain was very scary . Dr. Ho was attending and again a brilliant kind Dr. who did proper tests to eliminate anything serious . Repeated a blood test to ensure nothing more sinister was going on . Great Dr. great bedside manor . Never felt rushed or put off . Feel really blessed to have been in such good hands .

The sheer magnitude of the impact that ACC staff has had on my life is beyond measure. My "Dynamic Duo" providers create a safe space that is capable of adapting to my changing needs. It is evident in the unprecedented standard of care I receive, that they are not only committed, present, and wholly authentic, but respect my unique history. Because of them, I have been given hope for the first time in my life, as well as empowerment on my healing journey. Terry has always been warm, patient, kind and welcoming whether speaking on the phone or in person. I never once felt uncomfortable or awkward, and that is huge. This would not be a proper review if it didn't include a word about Amy. She must have the patience and empathy of a saint. Her ability to communicate delicate information with grace is unparalleled. Thank you all. From the bottom of my heart.

Not even sure how to start…after moving back to Augusta in Oct 2020 I continued to make a 3 hour round trip back to Cumberland for all (major and minor) medical needs as we had had the same doctor since 2003. My daughter has an extensive and complex medical history, so having the peace of mind going to someone who had been with us thru it all was hard to move on from. Tammy, Renee, Sami, Tina, Kami, Amanda and the rest of the the rest of the Augusta NorthLakes Community Clinic changed all that! Coming in you couldn’t ask for a friendlier or more helpful front desk experience. These ladies take the time to get to know you and do their absolute best to help you schedule the care you need. Kami always greets you with a friendly smile as she takes you back to get vitals and makes you feel relaxed as she gets you ready for you visit. Tina comes in and immediately puts you at ease while she listens to what brought you in. Never once have I felt rushed and she does amazing at including my daughter (who has a TBI) in the discussions whenever possible. She is knowledgeable of all our specialists, refers out when necessary and always willing to work with our previous doctor if there are questions. Amanda has been the therapist I have been searching for all my life and has allowed many of my close friends to finally breathe that sigh of relief knowing someone has finally accepted the challenge of helping me create healthy boundaries and help organize that confetti balloon I call my brain before it pops and leaves all those fun little colored pieces for us all to clean up! I’ve now signed up my entire family and refer anyone else I see! The entire team has been amazing at helping us transfer at a comfortable pace and hopefully realize they are never going to be allowed to retire! So thankful they all have come into our Augusta community!

I cannot recommend West Grove Clinic Appleton highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and respected. The environment is calm, clean, and truly focused on healing. The staff is professional yet warm, and everything feels organized and intentional. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ progress and well-being. A special shoutout to Maggie who has been absolutely outstanding throughout my experience. She brings a rare combination of empathy, insight, and professionalism to every session. I always feel heard without judgment, and she has helped me make real, meaningful progress. I’m incredibly grateful for her support.

Cannot say enough good things about Foundations. As a newly licensed foster parent, they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone involved feels supported. They are all so passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work! I could go on and on but I am so grateful we were introduced to Foundations and are so excited to be a part of this amazing organization!

I checked myself in to detox from alcohol. The woman that admitted me was very professional and kind. I did have to wait a while because she was already in the process of admitting someone else. I didn't mind and I didn't have to wait very long.

I have been seeing my Therapist-- Niki- for just about 2 months now. I wanted to share this review because my sessions with her have been very helpful! I have had therapy sessions for over 20 years in multiple states with a variety of Therapists. This is the first time in my experiences with mental health professionals that I have truly opened up completely to what situations or challenges that I felt I was facing. Niki makes the sessions real— and comfortable so it just seems like two people talking and not all like I’m being scrutinized or judged.
