Find Mental Health Providers Across Washington

The front desk receptionists are pretty rude and uninviting. Some of the staff laughed at me because I got the appointment date wrong, I'm sorry that I have mental health issues and I'm struggling, but yeah keep laughing.

We tried therapy with these guys in the past and more recently we tried there mentor program. Both experiences were awful. There mentor program is a bit of a joke. I know the mentors are volunteers but the guy mentoring my child was disrespectful and unprofessional with my child. Even implied at one time that he could say whatever he wanted and nobody would care.

As a family of 4, we have used many services at PRC. Psychiatrist gets zero stars. Childrens team, all the good ones left and the ones that remain are subpar. We were lied to a lot and no apologies were ever given. Clinical director didn’t care. Adult therapist, there are good and bad ones. I’m only giving two stars because I had an amazing therapist who helped me. It shouldn’t be surprised that she left the practice! It’s hit or miss if you’ll get someone who can help.

Generally a good place. It's difficult to find a psychologist that speaks clear English, but outside of this, they have been great help.

my experience here is mixed, and some of the staff are ok while others are terrible. they’re always annoyed with their patients for no reason. it is very uncomfortable. I have no idea how they're allowed to work with the youth (I am one). I will be finding a new place

Called me 10 times in one week without leaving a message. I called and the extremely rude receptionist said she didn't know who was calling me so she couldn't put me through to anyone. I asked if I could give her my number to have it removed from their call list or if she could send out a quick email with my number telling the other employees there to leave me alone, to which she refused. I asked to speak with a manager, got put on hold for 3 minutes and then the call dropped. Finally remembered I could block their number, which I did. I'm not catholic and have no interest in their "faith" or their "services". Spammers.

Inept chaos. I could write a book. One example: I received a text reminder, a phone call reminder, drove to and checked in for an appointment. 20 minutes later I was told the provider called in sick. Not to mention they don't attract the best providers! OMG. You're better off on your own. Their so called service can make you worse.

I am absolutely grateful for Catholic charities and all the programs provided through the services! I love the curriculum used. Catholic charities has great staff! I recommend all my friends and family here! Thank you for the impactful work you guys provide! It’s definitely life changing.

I had nothing but a great experience here. I was able to get affordable cognitive behavioral therapy even after no longer qualifying for Molina, and the process was straightforward. My therapist was Eric Delker and he was the best I have ever had; I have been in and out therapy with different specialists since I was 11 years-old (I am 25 now) and this was the only time I kept wanting to go to therapy bi-monthly and saw myself making progress. You really have to be committed to change in yourself and have the right therapist for you in order to get something out of it. If I could keep going I would, but I've made so much progress that it's time for me to move on. Thank you Tonya and Eric for your help :)

I was told they have a walkin on Monday. Admin makes me fill out paperwork hangs on to my DL and insurance the whole time. Tells me we don’t do walking on Monday but I have you scheduled next week 10am. If we have opening during the week, we will call you. Well, no call. I show up at my scheduled time, she can’t find my file, she can’t find me in the system. Instead of apologizing she says come back next week, your provider called in sick??? Really? I don’t believe her and she is rude!!! I can not receive care from a place that is incompetent to make an appointment and so stupid to acknowledge their mistakes. No thank you!!

Horrible place. They don’t really care about you or your needs. I’ve been trying to see a prescriber to get medication for a diagnosed condition. Regular pcps said they don’t prescribe the medication I need and would have to see a mental health care provider. I have been trying to get this appointment since August of 2025. They couldn’t get me scheduled until January 8th 2026. A few days before my appointment I was called and told we had to reschedule. Okay irritating but no problem. I can wait two more weeks. Fast forward to my appointment today and they said I was never scheduled. I had to take a whole day off of work (which I have limited days off) and cannot keep taking time off just to be denied help. I am beyond frustrated and upset. To add a cherry on top, they couldn’t reschedule me until mid March. A literal slap to the face when you have been struggling your whole life and no one will help you. This unfortunately isn’t the first time they have failed me or another patient but I can guarantee it won’t be the last.

Extremely expensive and slow on getting results. Did not get my evaluation result within the 30 days they said they would have it done and had to explain that to court. Still have not received the results of a $900 evaluation and have not been able to get a hold of anyone in their office for an entire week.

They took my money and never tried to schedule me for classes. The lady asked me inappropriate questions and scoffed at me when i told her about my usage I needed help not some one to judge me and treat me like trash honestly just a horrible experience please don't put yourself through this if you are needing help and if you are struggling just know you are loved and the fact you're taking a first step is progress and you should be proud never give up you are important

On 03/21, between 11 - 3:30 pm, I called and tried to reschedule Ms. Danni's appot since I cancelled on the My chat due to the fact that I got the fle from my friend; I stayed her home for 2 weeks. I do not hear well the Multicare scheduler, her name Anglia/others becasue sometimes I've had poor hearing. She was extremely abusive, had a mind of communism, and she hung up on me unprofessionally 3/4 times on 03/21 even though I was asking about the possible date, which is the converstaion on the phone has not finished yet. I thought she did not have the high-shool education due to the lack of her basic manners and unprofessional phone conversation. In addtion, I asked her I had to get on 03/28 or 03/31 instead of 03/27; however, she did not listen my needs, Multicare scheduler, she FORCED me to have Ms. Danny's schedule 03/27, at 10 am; however, I told her that I had some phone issues, so I had to repair my phone before the virtual meeting. However, she did not listen becasue she was very agitated on the phone, and she just hung up on my calls, she had no Active-Listening skills. While Multicare worker's agitation, she could not listen well what patients' needs are for the scheduling. I believe that the Mulitcare has security cameras and monitoring system, you can know her unprofessional communiation with me. I never this experience before in my life.

Office staff is rude and double books. End up being here for an outrageous amount of time than expected.

the front office girl is rude and they have no clue as to what they are doing. i thought they were better than core behavioral health but i see that Columbia wellness is just as bad. wow

Every therapist I've had here has done ONE meeting then when the next appointment comes, they suddenly no longer work with the company

I would like to say how great it is to be a part of Sound Behavioral Health in Auburn. Jenna at the front desk is always warm and welcoming. The Day Room Staff is also very communicative and helpful for the clients. I enjoy working with them and want to mention them by name. They are Marissa, Marley, Trip, Perry, Ashnika, Nghi and their Supervisor and many more. Thanks so much for your special efforts and making me feel right at home.
