Catholic Charities - Yakima

Catholic Charities of Central Washington – Yakima offers behavioral health and counseling services for individuals and families across all stages of life. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and community resource connection. Services are available in English and Spanish.

Conditions addressed include anxiety, depression, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), family conflict, substance use disorders, and mental health disorders. Approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based treatment, collaborative care, family systems therapy, and behavior management.
