I completed 45 days at Brighton residential and absolute loved it. I continue at Brighton sober living and completed IOP. This place really helped me. I learned so much and have continued to stay sober thanks to the help I received while in their care. I knew for along time I needed to get help and I’m so glad I chose Brighton recovery Center. Their staff is amazing and the classes taught me a lot about myself and my recovery. This place gave me a second chance at life and for that I am forever grateful.

This is the best treatment I have ever received! I never thought it was possible to be this happy and have this much tenacity to continue my recovery. I learned independence, accountability and fortitude. I learned helpful skills, strategies and information other programs have never taught me! The staff is committed to your recovery. The technique of healing through trauma WORKS! I was also able to find my higher power through working the 12 steps. In addition, even though I was concerned about the co-ed aspect, the environment of living in a house with people from all different walks of life was crucial to my recovery. If you want to get better go to Utah Trauma and Addiction Center and put in the work.

My name is Trent Boulette I just spent 9 months at Lighthouse Adult inpatient and transitioned this last week to sober living and IOP. I am a voyager/Jet, and this program Odyssey House has saves lives every day. This is life and death out there, in which they saved mine. The program focuses on both mental health and addiction. Not just one or the other. You are taught with therapists, case workers, treatment team to get to the root of behaviour's and addiction. It is a therapeutic community where we hold each other accountable so we can live healthier lives instead of reliving the same vicious cycle's over and over again. Please reach out to them, Odyssey and myself do not want anyone to be another death statistic like there are every day. Thank you Odyssey House, for saving my life.🙌🙌🙌

For over 5 years, Green House Center for Growth and Learning has been such an important and positive part of my life. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. The environment feels welcoming, safe, and supportive, and it’s clear that everyone there truly wants to help people grow and heal. Elizabeth has been an absolutely incredible therapist. She is compassionate, understanding, patient, and has helped me through so much over the years. The advice she gives and the way she works with me has helped me grow and she has helped provide so many tools to manage my stress and anxieties. I always feel heard, supported, and respected in our sessions, and I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am for the impact she’s had on my life and personal growth. Brielle at the front desk is also wonderful and deserves so much recognition. She is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and she helps make the office feel comfortable from the second you walk in. Her kindness and positive attitude never go unnoticed. They are also service dog friendly, and I am able to bring my service dog in every session, which makes a huge difference when doing processing sessions. I truly cannot recommend Green House Center for Growth and Learning enough. If you’re looking for a therapy office with caring people who genuinely make a difference, this is the place to go. Five stars isn’t enough for the level of support and care they provide!

Teresa Hoffmann has been absolutely amazing to work with. Her expertise, kindness, gracefulness, and guidance has truly been empowering for me. I’m actually making progress in the areas I would like to change. I would describe her as a prayer flying on the wings of a dove. I’m so grateful for her, and I highly recommend her! Dallas is incredible! He’s kind, will listen, and cares. Davee has that brotherly bear lumberjack I got your back vibe, and his open heartedness to my curiosity is so welcoming and leaves me feeling embraced just as I am. Sarah will stop and literally ask me how I’m doing and if I need anything. Her kindness has melted my heart when I needed it most. I’m still in my journey with therapy, and if you’re searching for some soulful therapeutic experts- this is the place.

I’ve been a patient now for roughly 4-5 months. My psychiatrist is very understanding, listens to my own thoughts and feedback on my mental health and medications, and I always feel heard and supported. 10/10 would recommend

This review is for Britney Nilsen, my DV Therapist and Dawtae shaw my therapist! Britney is one of the kindest and most caring therapists I’ve ever met. She has an incredible ability to see things from a different perspective, which often helps me look at my own situations in a new and more positive light. Her approach to navigating and talking through difficult experiences is truly amazing. Britney’s personality is awesome - she’s completely down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely feels like someone you could call a friend. She’s soft and compassionate, yet still direct and to the point when it matters most. I always looked forward to my sessions with her each week. Dawntae Shaw is super nice down to earth and a very great listener. I felt she was kind but direct when needed and helped me open my eyes to see things from a different perspective. Dawntae knows my deepest hurts and truly was there for me through every tear shed during the most difficult time of my life. I owe her everything and then some! Thank you for helping me pick up the pieces of my brokenness and helping rebuild my strength through my darkest moments. This woman saw me find my faith use god as my strength and make the changes that I needed to be a better mother. Thank you Dawntae!

I want to speak to all the parents who believe that when our children make mistakes, they can never be the same again. I want you to look at these photos of Roberto, a boy who was programmed to be a champion since the womb but whose adolescence and life experiences led him to make his own decisions, though not always the right ones. With the help of Youth Care and the full support of my husband, his siblings, and myself, his mother, he was able to find himself again. ♥️ We are also deeply grateful to the other families who were going through the same struggles and, by sharing their stories, helped us support each other. Thanks to Youth Care’s guidance, our perseverance, and Roberto’s wise decision, he has now been able to change his life or maybe return to the one that was always there since the day he was born. Is it worth it? Absolutely, more than you can imagine. Take the step. For us, the greatest gift Youth Care gave us was communication. We didn’t have it at the beginning but we eventually found it and with it came real change. A piece of advice: when they call you for the enrollment process, ask to attend the therapy sessions, especially the group ones. I miss them deeply. Today we are happy. Roberto is back to his lifelong sport, back by his own choice after 15 years of life. ♥️

My appointment couldn’t have gone better! From beginning to end, including the support staff I interacted with, it was amazing! Dr. Coats was wonderful and exactly who I was looking for! She is a perfect fit for me, and I’m grateful I was able to be seen so soon. I would recommend her to anyone looking for kind, consciousnesses, thorough, and educated mental health care. And if you can’t get an appt with her, I’m confident than any of the other providers at Lone Peak Psychiatry will provide that same level of care. This is a 10 out of 10 clinic!
