Foundations

Foundations in Midvale, Utah provides in-home individual therapy, family therapy, play therapy, clinical therapy, parenting skills training, psycho-education, and crisis support services for children, teens, and adults. The program focuses on strengthening family functioning and supporting long-term stability through a collaborative family teaming approach that promotes communication, parenting support, and healthy family environments.

Foundations provides mental health services for trauma, ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, major depressive disorder, general anxiety disorder, reactive attachment disorder, and fetal alcohol syndrome.
