I could not be more pleased with the care I have received from the team at RR Wellness, including Tyler, Casey, and Diana. Tyler demonstrates a level of professionalism and clinical expertise that I have found to be increasingly rare in today's day. He is always attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in his patients' well-being. During visits, he takes ample time to listen thoroughly, maintain eye contact, and engage directly with patients, as opposed to focusing purely on paperwork and looking at screens. Tyler's knowledge spans both conventional and integrative treatment modalities. He presents treatment options at a level I can thoroughly understand so that we can make shared, well-informed decisions regarding my healthcare. I consistently feel respected and heard throughout each visit. Casey is equally as exceptional in his approach to patient care. He demonstrates a high level of attentiveness, professionalism, and clinical competence. I have had quite a lot of things to talk about in my appointments with him, and he has always taken the time to listen carefully and address my concerns comprehensively, without ever making me feel like I need to rush. He creates an environment in which I feel respected and supported. The team at RR Wellness demonstrates an exceptional standard of care, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking patient-centered, high-quality medical care.

My name is Jennifer Gonzalez, Today Marks 103 days free from fentanyl my journey at Castle Ridge started on January 18 immediately walking in the doors. I was welcomed by Donns son Bowie Her daughter Peyton, her husband Todd, as well as all of the staff immediately I felt at home and knew that everything was going to be all right. I have been an opiate addict since the age of 19 years old every day I battled with the demons inside of me and I did not know how to change. I prayed To God for a change and my daughter found Castle Ridge immediately the next day my son drove me I could go on and on about the Jeffs family not only have they treated me as if I am one of their own. They are compassionate, kind hearted sincere, and loving they do so much for us without anything in return not only do we go on hikes we go bowling,We go out to dinner,valentine dances,picnics,We have fire pits out in the front yard where we do s’mores and listen to country music We have karaoke,hikes, camping trips,an amazing gym the best therapists I could go on and on about all of the things that we have been given at Castle Ridge to me that is so important but the most important thing is that I feel that everyone needs to know is how we are treated there the love that comes from each, and every person is something that cannot be talked about only felt coming from a place of pure hell and finding true happiness with sobriety and having someone That truly cares about you you’re well-being and only wants to see you succeed in life. I have been coming for therapy to Utah family Institute for over a decade. When you walk in the door, there is a feeling of comfort. I would highly recommend trying them out for any of your therapy needs.

Sending your child to rehab, finally getting a small glimmer of hope, only to find out that the promises made by the rehab were more marketing than truth is heartbreaking. After multiple rehabs my wife and I were wondering, are any rehabilitation programs that will see and treat our daughter as a person versus just as another customer? Then we were referred to Ascend. From intake to the day of her release, the team at Ascend cared for and walked alongside our daughter giving her the care and tools she needed. Individual therapy, group therapy, activities, and life coaching were all done professionally and thoughtfully. We as a family were also invested into with family weekends and therapy. Even when our daughter hit bumps along the way, they provided the accountability, structure and resources she needed. After leaving the program, the after care and alumni outreach are amazing. Ascend is the real deal. They walk their talk! If you or your loved one needs help, call them!

Last September, I checked myself into Alpine Recovery Lodge, and it was my first time ever in treatment. I was extremely nervous walking in, but choosing Alpine ended up being the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. From day one, the environment was welcoming, supportive, and genuine. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe, understood, and cared for. They truly cared about my success and for that I'll always be grateful. Alpine Recovery Lodge felt like home and I'm proud to call them family. I highly recommend Alpine to anyone who’s ready to take that leap of faith into recovery. I did and it saved my life.

Dustin and team are great at what they do. My experience of Dustin is that he is thoughtful, helpful and honest. I have known Dustin for over 3 years. He is always professional, while maintaining an appropriate sense of humor.

If I had all night to write, I could write a book on the things that Jen has done for me. Long story short, she taught me the skills needed to save myself; a struggling momma who was in one bad relationship after another, struggling on how to be a single mother and battling addiction. Using the tools that I am still being taught, I’ve finally after 8 years, began healing from toxic relationships and addiction. I’ve become a better friend, a better partner and a better mother. She’s so understanding, and she’s so raw and real-it’s unbelievable. I’ve gone through countless therapists through a child and she is the first one I’ve stayed consistent with and actually seen a change in my life since doing so. I’ve been seeing her for two years and my life choices, my mental health, my views on things-everything has completely gone uphill. I HIGHLY recommend one by one behavior health.

I am extremely grateful for Embark. My daughter has been struggling for the past 5 years with her mental health, and the last year and a half has been extremely difficult for her. This led to her needing higher care to keep her safe. That transition alone was enough to rip our hearts out. To not be with her every day or comfort her while she was struggling, was unbearable for me as her Mother. As hard as it was for me though, it was even harder for her, which is what makes me so grateful for Embark. My daughter went there 2 days before Christmas💔 and also missed her birthday with family, which was two weeks after. While it was extremely hard for us to find any joy in those occasions this year, Embark made it special for her. They did stockings for the girls and had so many fun activities. I always felt informed and had several contact numbers at Embark with direct lines to staff to be able to check on my daughter. They were also very accommodating and gave my daughter the respect to make choices for herself. They made special accommodations for her diet, schooling, and even sleeping arrangements when she was struggling. They never treated my daughter with unkindness and she said they were always really nice. Even when it came to my daughter expressing anger and saying she was going to run away, they respectfully accompanied her as she went for a walk until she decided to return. They informed me if the incident right away and told me that they didn't restrain her from her behaviors because she needs to have the ability to be able to function when she comes home without us keeping her safe. I love this about them because she ultimately had to make the right choices herself.

I am both stubborn and resistant, which has proved to be a dangerous and difficult combination for my healing process. For me, I might have had a different experience than most as I was discharged early from residential. I had some of my best and worst days here all within my stay, yet I will never take back the fact that I went for treatment. It was life changing, and I wish I could express the change I understood, felt, and even showed. Deer Hollow will forever have a place in my heart, and I wouldn't take back my stay and treatment for anything in the world. I met one of the best therapists I have ever had here. And even though our journey was short, I hope that one day I will be able to show how much of an impact both he and Deer Hollow had on me. Some of my favorite memories are from here. Thank you, Deer Hollow, for helping me when I thought that all of my options had been explored. I found hope here, for the first time in my life.
