I have worked with Lori Prado for a couple of years now. My work with Lori has changed my life in ways that I never thought possible. Lori’s open mindedness to a holistic approach has fostered a well rounded treatment plan for my recovery, involving collaborative work with my psychiatrist and functional medicinal doctors. My consistent, long-term diagnosis of “treatment resistant” depression was challenged through my work here with Lori and the RODBT groups that I attended with her team. With my new skills, I was finally able to complete college after years of attempting to do so. I am now living successfully, able to hold a long term job, have healthy relationships and maintain a depression-free life. Thank you forever, Lori!

Pathlight is awesome. You may be scared to come for treatment, don’t be. The staff is awesome. The director, Kris, is amazing. All the therapist are top notch, especially Lucas(Maya is also a badass). The therapist are there to listen and then challenge you in the most healthy way possible. They really do care here, and I assure you, you will come away meeting some people that you will feel like you will be friends for life.

I've been seeing Jordan Davis for a few months now for ADHD and anxiety treatment, and I've been very happy with the level of care. Jordan takes my concerns seriously, listens attentively, and I truly feel supported throughout the process. I have been in treatment for over a decade through different providers with varying levels of success, but feel super good about Graceland.

Heading Health is amazing! And Dr Janson was so down to earth and easy to talk to. I was able to open up to her with ease without feeling any judgement. Super sweet lady. I will definitely continue using heading health. It was easy Making an appointment and the appointment was easy also over the phone. Now I have to make my appointment to go be seen in person for my first session. I'm so excited that I might actually have found a place that is actually going to help me with my extreme anxiety. Note: The woman at the front desk is AMAZING. So kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. I see the humanity shining in this place. It doesn't feel like a part of a standardized system but rather a place where people can heal and are treated with compassion and basic human decency (which can be rarer than you'd think).

Healing Minds Behavioral Health is a practice with dedicated and caring clinicians that includes the owner and clinician Alex Lopez. Alex is someone I got to know very well as a colleague when we were both doing our internship as graduate students. Alex has always had the needs of the client at the forefront of the therapeutic process which has now been elevated after opening this private practice. I am confident that his staff has the same vision of providing the best services available, that will enhance quality of life for the client.

Ms Starsha W. is so genuinely caring and has great character and personality I admire that she treats and helps people like family. The moment on arriving today Mrs Erika Smith is so amazing. She got me signed up for Parkland program and I just felt so relieved and happy and grateful that she honestly took time out to help me very thankful 🙏🏽 bless these women who went above and beyond.

Fantastic councilor. My marriage ended but Dr. Carpenter gave me tools to help me in future relationships. He showed me how to show love and respect to someone. I feel like he saved my life.

Love this place, Tenesia is concern about your health takes her time ask and answer questions.

My first session was really good, peaceful and helpful. I just lost my Son coming up on 1 year and Stephanie was very compassionate and taught me some great coping skills. I wanted a Christian that could help me with my Faith and grief and bereavement. She is truly caring and I can't wait to go back in 2 weeks. Thank you for the wonderful scheduling staff that made everything easy and the constant communication means a lot.

This is a great place. I just did 45 days here, and it was a life changing experience. The staff is amazing and makes it all worth it. There are 4 group sessions a day, and they teach you life skills, anger management, and how to cope with your addiction. You get one on one therapy, and all their therapists are great, kind-hearted people. I had the pleasure of having Alex as my therapist, and she was amazing. My case worker Lisa did everything to make sure my job was safe and everything was taken care of for me. Most of the employees here were addicts so they treat you like human beings and not like crap. I highly recommend this place to anyone fighting an addiction. Being sober isn't easy, and fighting an addiction is even harder. Thank you, River Walk Ranch, for helping me

I truly wish I could leave a zero star rating for this facility. A dear friend of mine has been distraught and seeking counsel for a personal tragedy. I have reached out to Andrew via email and phone as as she on multiple occasions. Andrew has made it clear that he's to busy to be bothered. I am stunned at how difficult establishing contact has been. And out right disgusted at the lack of concern and professionalism he's shown. I will look elsewhere to find someone to help my friend through the terrible loss she has suffered. My advice to anyone in need of help is to look elsewhere. I can't understand why there has been such a dismissive attitude towards myself and my friend. Especially from an individual who's life's work is supposed to be based on helping people in my friends current mental state. She has been left feeling even more alone and worthless due to the interaction or lack there of. That should be of concern to you. Being busy is understandable, being neglectful to this extent is not.

I cannot thank Melissa and the team enough. I sent my family member to SFC . It was my family members fourth time and treatment. Melissa told me to have faith and walked me through the whole process . Today my family member has six months, clean and sober major part of that is due to the team over at Solutions for change. HBI has been a true blessing in my life as an Ex-opiate IV user. I am now happily at a sober living after completing detox and 30 days in the women's unit. From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt embraced by a team of compassionate professionals who genuinely cared about my well-being. The counselors at Ample Health Services provided a safe and nonjudgmental space for me to express my thoughts and emotions, offering invaluable guidance and support. Their holistic approach to therapy, incorporating various techniques tailored to my needs, was incredibly effective in helping me navigate my challenges. The office environment was inviting and comforting, contributing to a sense of calmness during each session. The administrative staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Without a doubt, Ample Health Services has had a profound impact on my life, and I am immensely grateful for their expertise and care. My experience with Jelilat Buhari, NP has been great! She is super knowledgeable, explains any of my medical concerns thoroughly, and attentively listens to my questions. Her staff is also super friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend. It took over a MONTH to get my first TMS session scheduled AFTER my initial appointment. This happened only because my husband and I called over and over and over. Then, once I finally started my technician, Carla, was late to ALL THREE OF MY APPTS. She also REEKED of cigarette smoke and talked non-stop throughout my treatments, while I tried to relax, because it is not exactly a pleasant experience. I really wanted to continue treatment, but they need to have higher expectations for their techs. Carla is extremely unprofessional. The fact that she was literally always late to my appts & I felt like I was sitting inside of an ashtray during each session was what ultimately led me to decide to stop treatment. People are coming to you for help. Make them comfortable, BE ON TIME, and make the place smell nice. It's not that hard.

UPDATE: Now giving 5 stars. After I wrote my original review below, I was contacted by the office manager, Adrienne (I hope I’m spelling it right). She was so nice and helpful. She asked me what happened, explained there had been a mixup, and rescheduled me with Dr. Corona. Since then, I have had 2 visits with Dr. Corona. I have had no scheduling issues, and Adrienne has called me a few times to check in and has given me her direct contact number in case I need anything. Dr. Corona is also great, he thoroughly explains all your treatment options and genuinely listens. Highly recommend him! Original review: I never write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed. I had my first appointment scheduled with Dr. Corona today. I used the virtual link that was emailed to me and I sat there waiting for 20 minutes for the doctor. I tried the link several times, tried to get ahold of the office, but since it's a Saturday the office was closed. So I sat there waiting in the virtual waiting room. The receptionist finally got on at the 20-minute mark and told me that we were going to have to reschedule because I just joined. I told her I had been waiting there since my exact appointment time. She then put me on hold for another 5 minutes and then came back on and said we would have to reschedule, but "no worries" I wouldn't be charged. I couldn't believe it, and I should have not been charged in the first place. I'm not sure if the receptionist didn't get on the call on time (I'm thinking this was the case), or the doctor was busy, but either way, it was not my fault. I decided not to continue with them and told the receptionist that it was a horrible first experience. She didn't even try to apologize. It may not have been the doctor's fault, but I wouldn't want to go to a mental health practice where the front staff is not helpful and rude.
