Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center San Antonio is a trusted provider of specialized mental health care for adolescents, teens, and adults, offering evidence-based treatment for mood, anxiety, OCD, and trauma-related disorders. Originally founded as the Eating Disorder Center of San Antonio (EDCASA) in 2009, the center joined forces with Pathlight in 2013 to expand its services. In 2014, the facility relocated to the historic Quarry Market neighborhood, where it now operates from a serene setting overlooking a golf course—designed to support healing and recovery in a calm, therapeutic environment.

The center offers both a 3-day-per-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a 5-day-per-week Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing flexible options tailored to each patient’s needs. Patients receive care from a multidisciplinary team of compassionate professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, therapists, and nurses. These experts work closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring emotional health and building lasting wellness.
