Mental Health Providers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

After telling me I had to leave not because of any reason that was my doing but because of a terrible therapist that didn't help me , Jen King who is a supervisor , says they will not leave me without a new psychiatrist and they would not leave me hanging. Well this is exactly what she and Jevs did. I would not recommend Jevs because of the above reasons. TERRIBLE.

Terrible service. I was told someone would call me back and of course that didn't happen. I followed up the next day and gave all the info they requested and again they said someone would call back, but of course they didn't. Now they no longer answer the phone. I am beyond pissed. I should have known this was not a good place as they are the only facility in the area with quick availability. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Terrible experience with people on the phone, tried to give one of the patients here my phone number. Said the only way was to send a letter. They were extremely rude delivering this information to me. No sympathy given by anyone spoken to.

If i could. I would give them ZERO stars. They discharged my son to the ed because of his blood sugar was high. While sitting in the room waiting for the results. One of there staff members that was sitting with him fell asleep. It makes me really wonder about the safety of the patients on there night shift. It took us 2.5 hours to get to the ed to see him. We called the ed and they stated he didn't arrive when we were about 1 hr away. We called the facility and they stated that he didn't leave yet. When we got to the ed. He had just arrived. Our son told us the room was filthy. Everything the reviews on here were completely correct. Even the staff cursing around the patients. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. They did not manage his medical condition prompting him to have to go to the ed. After this experience my son was refusing to go back to this facility and or any other facility. No wonder why the children don't get the care they deserve. They didn't explain anything that he was signing. When we called in to see how we can try and get him out. The nursing supervisor was absolutely ignorant towards us. We sent him to you to help him. Not make him feel even worse.

Nobody wants to do the job . I’m goin to call the back of my insurance card and see if I can be helped elsewhere. I clearly need help and a lot of people just look themselves they don’t even ask for help but the fact I’m asking for help and yall don’t care yall in it for the wrong reasons .

This place deserves zero stars. The receptionist sounds like she is drunk and cannot handle calls, the doctors no show for appointments, and the doctors do NOT call back or answer their phones. Run away, trust me there are better options in this city. We deserve better.

Two times I had an appointment with a psychiatrist and even had a phone call before to make sure I was still able to come then when I showed up and took off of work; my appointment was cancelled without any notice!!!! The inconvenience to make sure I rush to get my kids situated, time off work without pay, my mental health and my time is NOT taken seriously !!!!
