COMHAR’s Latino Treatment Program (LTP), located in the West Kensington neighborhood of North Philadelphia, provides culturally and linguistically responsive outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Designed to support the Latinx community, the program features a primarily bilingual and bicultural staff who offer services in both English and Spanish.
LTP provides a comprehensive range of care, including individual, family, and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Certified therapists specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individuals impacted by trauma, and the program also offers support for individuals with co-occurring mental health and opioid use disorders through Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Tobacco cessation support is available through screenings, therapy, and medication.
In addition to clinical care, LTP promotes community and family engagement through educational events and seasonal celebrations, all within a framework of culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
