I never got a bill from them. They continuously turned us to collections and then I called them and asked them. Why are you turning me into collections after I paid and they told me we sent you the bill and I confirmed the address after we even had insurance and I always paid and set up payment plans, but even after I set up a payment plan, they turned me into collections and continuously harassed us even after we paid horrible management, horrible billing, They really need to have a better way of taking care of their customers who are truly faithful and really do pay their bills. i’m pretty sure they better care of those who are are on government assistance 😡

All I want is my files. I have been trying for over a year to get my files. I suspect the destruction of files even tho they are required to keep files for 7 years. People on phone are rude and dismissive and lie. I’ve been told dozens of times someone would get me my files. I’m about to drive down there with an attorney and get my files.

I went there for a court evaluation and the person that did the evaluation lied. They said I was a drug addict and an alcoholic, which I am not. Because of their false statements in the report. The court ordered I do IOP and AA meetings. I don't have a drug record. I spoke with my Attorney and he ordered a 2nd evaluation some where else and I had to pay a lot to get everything cleared and show I'm no addict. I suggest you avoid this place and their lies. I will be sueing this place as well for damages they caused me. Save yourself the headache and get your evaluation done somewhere else.

Company lacks leadership and organization especially during new hire training. They seem to need people so bad they skip most of the necessary training needed to actually understand the job and rush through orientation. Also you don't get paid what you are told you are getting hired at, half the job is paperwork and you only get payed at 12 hourly for this portion of the job. The milage reimbursement system is extremely flawed. There is no direct deposit so you have to wait for a physical check and pick it up at the office. Most times the paycheck won't be ready till late in the afternoon. People here are nice but they lack a leader in my opinion.

Absolutely love this place. The front desk are always friendly and being a regular almost everyone knows my name and greets me. Professional, friendly, clean, helpful. Idk where to start. The place is well kept, they even have a lil gaming area in the lobby while your waiting. They have a pharmacy on site easy to pick up and request for meds. My doctor is awesome, she has helped me find medication which levels me and its taken me years to find the right for me. She understood immediately if something wasnt working for me but also provided me time to confirm it. Idk about all offices but hers offers sensory items when nervous or so. I love it. Not to mention i told her how i was struggling at work and she didnt even hesitate to assist. My therapist is absolutely amazing one of if not the best i ever had. Her office also includes sensory items and sets the lighting to a good place for anyone who sensitve to light. She has worked with my schedule beautifully, speaks and relays information to me in the way i need to understand. The best part is I have jump hoops with my mental health within a few months -going on about 1- with her, that would have taken me years for others. My progression in the last year has been beyond shocking, and even with the back pedalling im in a far better start when i came in. I got bad times but I also have grown tons. I have discovered so many things about myself and progressed so far and its not just due to her but all the staff at this location. They have provided me with the best assitance anyone can ask for. They wont hesitate to ask how im doing when im come in. I barley make it to front desk sometimes before they got me signed and good to go or even have to say more than a name. I get smiles waves that make me feel good inside even on tough days. Theres not much pressure here or forcifullnes the level understanding is where it needs to be. I think another nice part is even when the staff are having bad days they dont let it ruin or effect their care to others. On times i have talk to a staff member about how they were doing noticing a change they just lemme know. "Yea its rough..so and so" but did that stop them from providing good care to their clients. No. Like give them all a raise a vacation something because they all deserve it. The communication is amazing. They immediately call me to check when issues arrise. Oh and having ur psychiatrist, therapist and pharmacy being all in one place has personally been hard for me to fine but this place got it covered. My insurance is horrible to deal with and it took alot of work to get in to here but depsite the tough work for them and me, they pulled through and continue to always pull through. As far as im concern this is the best place to get assitance at, not to mention if they arent registered or license, to do, evaulate, or work on something they will provide you information or referral to locations they know can assist you. So yes 5 stars because they deserve it for all their work. Shoutout to my therapist and doctor, stephanie and jessica. And some of the amazing staff members who listed names i remember Lisa, Melisaa, Kushana, Atlanta and Armitha and some who i don't exactly remember like my sweet pharmacy lady who always helps with my medication and deals with my highly difficult insurance people even calling out several times despite their lack of assitance.

I went there when I was around 13 years old (19 now) and they treated me like a kid with coloring and toys. No disrespect to the therapist, but she asked me every week what I would want her to do for me. I don’t know, that’s what I’m here for???

Wish I could give them 10 stars! Since moving to NE, they have helped my family so much! I had a huge kidney stone & they kept me comfortable, pain free and calm during my entire stay, even overnight! They scheduled everything for my surgery in Lincoln. They were so kind and helpful. My husband had gallstones and again we went here, he was treated with the best care imaginable! Again our son needed stitches after a baseball injury and they took the best care of him! I can not think them enough... the Dr's, the nurses, the techs, everyone! They are so sweet, and actually care!! I am so thankful we have such a wonderful place so close by!

i was here for 4 months during 2021. i can wholeheartedly say it was the most positive treatment experience ive had. staff and admin communicated positively and were open and honest. i went in a closed off, combative, disrespectful young teen and came out with dozens of new resources and a healthier mindset. the individual therapists will push you to get more intense in your treatment, which can be really uncomfortable and hard at first, but in the end it’s worth it. my therapist (Mr Chase and then Miss Summer) helped me finally share my childhood trauma experiences and work through them.

Went in there filled out paperwork for a half hour and was told this was not an evaluation that I would need to come back Tuesday morning for a walk in. That’s the soonest that they would be able to give me an evaluation so Tuesday morning I called to confirm and they said they didn’t know who I was and didn’t have anybody available to do an evaluation

I talked to a very sweet nurse about getting my brother help. Was told that there was room for him but it was first come first serve. So I Drove an hour there for my brother to get help and waited two hours then was told to take him to the hospital. They said from there once he was cleared they would pick him up from the ER and check him in. Once I drove all the way home I got a call from him saying he didn’t meet the qualifications. When I asked the 8:00pm nurse why all of a sudden he can’t stay she refused to tell me why just kept repeating he didn’t meet the need when the nurse before her said he did. So I had to drive back to pick him up. when I asked him what they said he repeated the same thing he just wasn’t in a desperate need for their help. They also had him wait another hour in the waiting room before declining to help him. If you didn’t have the available spot just say that. Waste of time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I compare mental health providers in Nebraska?
When comparing providers in Nebraska, consider location relative to where you live or work, the specific services offered, levels of care available (such as outpatient, intensive outpatient, or inpatient), therapy approaches used, conditions treated, hours of operation, whether a website is available, accreditation status, and reviews when listed. Not all details are available for every provider, so it can help to check each facility listing directly.
What should I ask before contacting a provider in Nebraska?
Before reaching out to a provider, it helps to know what you are looking for. Consider asking about current appointment availability, accepted insurance plans and self-pay or sliding-scale options, whether telehealth appointments are offered, which specific services are currently active, and whether the provider has experience treating your particular concern. Availability and services can change, so confirming details directly with the facility is recommended.
Are all services listed on Mental Health US available at every facility?
No. Services vary by facility and may change over time. The information shown in each listing reflects what was available when the record was created or last updated. Always confirm current service availability, hours, and intake procedures directly with the provider before visiting or calling.
Can I find both mental health and substance use treatment providers in Nebraska?
Yes. Mental Health US includes Nebraska providers that offer mental health services, substance use treatment, or both. You can use the available filters to narrow results by treatment needs, or review individual facility pages for more detailed information about the services and conditions each provider treats.
What if I cannot find the right provider in my city?
If you do not find a suitable provider in a specific city, try broadening your search by browsing all Nebraska providers using the statewide view, or use the filter dropdowns to search by condition treated, therapy type, or level of care without entering a specific city. You can also browse nearby city pages to see providers in surrounding communities.
