I never got a bill from them. They continuously turned us to collections and then I called them and asked them. Why are you turning me into collections after I paid and they told me we sent you the bill and I confirmed the address after we even had insurance and I always paid and set up payment plans, but even after I set up a payment plan, they turned me into collections and continuously harassed us even after we paid horrible management, horrible billing, They really need to have a better way of taking care of their customers who are truly faithful and really do pay their bills. i’m pretty sure they better care of those who are are on government assistance 😡
