Really like it here! I see Dr Riolo (psychiatrist), Jenna (case manager), and Colleen (therapist). I was seeing Marishia for awhile but she got a new position. Every single one of them is great! Dr Riolo is very smart and is good about listening and doing med adjustments when needed. Jenna is hilarious and super helpful. I just started seeing Colleen recently, but I like her a lot so far. Definitely recommend this place/location!

Absolutely terrible “counseling” from this person who clearly had hopes of being an attorney, but never became one. She talked more than I did, and because she didn’t get to know me her conclusion of me was far off base. I went elsewhere and had great success. I would not recommend her to anyone. She was also overpriced, unorganized, and not good with follow-up.

We visited Hillsdale Hospital mid-January 2026. Both my cousin and myself were there in support of my younger brother who was having a hip replacement done! I think it was his RH side. Both my cousin and myself have had this type of surgery done in the past. For her I think only 2-3 years ago and for my double hip maybe 5-6 years ago. Although we both have had very positive experiences with our respective in surgeries and they were done at different hospitals our experience at Hillsdale was extremely positive. Neither of us have any skin the game there but the entire facility even though not brand new was very welcoming, extremely clean, smelled good and the overall staff from the custodians to the cafeteria people to the nursing staff and lastly the various Doc’s were first rate. Suffice it to say that we had a very positive experience at Hillsdale Hospital! This would include my brother, the patient as his replacement surgery went very well as he was discharged to go home that evening after having his surgery done around lunchtime. Amazing! Congrats to the entire Hillsdale staff for a very welcoming and pleasant experience! Thank You! Ray Lasich.

Not fancy but it did the job for medical detox. Most of the staff are recovering addicts. I felt very safe there. Medical staff on duty 24/7.

Over 20 years of excellent service by Doctors, Pharmacy and Blood draw station. I always call Pharmacy directly to fill my medications, never a problem. Doctors outstanding professional service, I've referred 3 friends. All have become long time patients like me. Folks that complain need to learn the system, phone calls are important. Looking forward to the Gordie Howe Bridge walk, hopefully Chass plans this soon.

We were in the check in process for my husband, he had his blood work, covid test and vitals taken. We filled out our paperwork when we were told he tested positive for COVID. The nurse said, you need to leave, see you in 10 days. We literally walked out is shock. NO Direction, no supporting paperwork for suggestions with withdrawals. If you are there at the center, ready to check in to help with your alcoholism and you are asked to leave because of covid (which we understand the reasoning), but nothing as far as suggestions how to deal for the next 10 days. No follow up call, NOTHING. I am very very disappointed.

Everyone was friendly and I actually enjoyed 1 on 1 therapy as well as group therapy! Definitely would recommend to anyone who's serious about getting help!

I have been going to this place for almost six months. They have helped me more than any past place I’ve been to. They’ve gone the extra mile to help me mentally and emotionally. They not only help with your mental health but they provide other types of care they even have their own nurses which I see Lisa and she helped find me a diet plan when my other doctors never have. They will go the extra mile including my therapist Jordan and my psychiatrist Sarah they both have been nothing short than fantastic. I highly recommend this place and if you keep up with your appointments and show you want help they will make sure you receive it.

Taylor D. was my therapist for almost 6 months before I moved from newaygo county and had to end our sessions. If they would have let me continue to be a patient after my move I would gladly make the hour trip to continue our sessions. She is such a REAL and relatable person. I never felt judgment from her or any of the other members of my care team. I'm thankful everyday for some of the advice and help she gave me and will carry those tools with me through life. Huge thank you to Taylor and the rest of the staff that cared for me in some of my hardest moments.

The mind is subjective and so is therapy, i believe if you have a bad experience you simply try somewhere else which may practice a different field of psychology that could help more. Therapist are a guide like a GPS, but I feel like too many people expect them to take the wheel and just fix their problems for them. I had a great experience and have been able to get myself not only in college but running again and I would feel comfortable going back if need be. Therapist were great and that’s all that matters to me!

Why was my review deleted? I think some systems totally deplete the "check and balance" system. It's like "yeah... I'm not doing it right. So what are you going to do about it? I do what I want". Isn't that a little corrupt? Isn't that exactly what happened in my scenario and now it's like "this" as well?

This place dropped me without any warning whatsoever. I've been seeing doctors at summit since 2001. when I schedule my appointments, I let them know that I may need to cancel at a moment's notice because my children's needs come before my own and my son gets sick a lot with sinus issues. They told me it's no problem. I've had to cancel my last two or three appointments yes but they told me no problem. Each time it was for a sick child. I get a letter today stating that my care with them has been discharged. it is so sickening they can't call and check up to see how you're doing or what's going on or why these things are happening, which, they should already know. If you like being stabbed in the back, by all means go here. and I I kid you not, their advice for an anxiety or a severe panic attack was to breathe in and out of a paper bag.

I made an appointment to have some tests done during my lunch hour. When I arrived I had to wait, when I was finally seen they were not able to finish my examination. They stated they had a mandatory meeting everyone had to attend and I would have to wait at least an hour before they could finish. I explained I had to get back to work however that did not matter, so I left! I do NOT understand how you would schedule appointments that you can not keep due to a scheduled mandatory meeting?!?! If I was going to take some time out of my work day I would have drove home to my primary doctor. I will never go there again! I would not have even given them 1 start however, it would not let me post without it.

Laughed at, mocked, coerced and shamed. Some of the nurses and social workers were AMAZING and helpful, but most of them acted like I was just there to cause them problems.
