Dr. Plumb has changed my life. There may not be many psychiatrists in traverse city but I’m fortunate enough to have DR. Rachel plumb as my doctor for 5 years now. I’m comfortable enough to tell her things i wouldn’t normally tell a psychiatrist. The front staff is incredibly helpful and supportive. I’m grateful for ATS.

I could never say enough about Sarah Lebeau. I hope my spelling isn't to off!!! She came into our home and when I say she went above and beyond that doesn't quite cover it. She is a phenomenal woman. She gave my granddaughter hope and she believed in her. She never looked down... Only built up! I thank you for being you and seeing something in my granddaughter and helping her to find her worth again!!!!!

I’ve been to other therapists before, but KaraLee feels like a whole new experience. From the front desk to my clinician, everything is so organized. I’m never stuck in the waiting room checking my phone while I wait for another patient whose session is running long. Everything is always on schedule. In the room, my therapist actually listens to me and isn’t afraid to challenge me when I need it. Long story short: I’ve made more progress in a few months here than I did in years elsewhere, and it feels great.

Very good clinic. They care about your recovery and always listen when you have questions or need to talk. Highly recommend !!!!

Julie Simmons. Not sure if that's correct spelling. But she was the best experience ive had on the phones. Ive been calling places trying to get stuff figured out and she took the time to explain everything too me.

This is a great place where they offer many resources and they are all right there in one place. They get you in fairly quickly even when they are busy. The doctors are kind and helpful. They also have the best prices around if you don’t have insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover this type of health problem.

I have to say...This has been the BEST out patient experience for me EVER! Ive ALWAYS hated and put off anything MEDICAL because of my fear of clinics or hospitals but the staff here is AMAZING. Not only do they make you feel welcome, they truly are there to support you in any way they can. I have found the place I trust with all my healthcare needs and Im doing better than when I initially visited. Never being in a recovery program before, I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone was so professional with ensuring I had all the information needed to start my journey to recovery without being nervous about not knowing what to do. They never made me feel like I should be embarrassed or ashamed. They really get to know you, so they can better help you. I would recommend to anyone that needs help to come to Victory clinic in Battle Creek. You won't regret it!!

I have been seeing Hannah for over 2 years now and I can’t say enough good things about her or my experience! She’s been superb at helping me navigate my recovery, while sometimes giving me the extra push I need to take that next step! If you have the chance to see her, don’t hesitate! She’ll change your life!

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve only had 2 sessions with my therapist Michelle, and she’s not just cool, but very helpful, understanding, validating, smart, a sweetheart, and motivational! I look forward to my next session with her. Everyone there is welcoming, and supportive. If I could rate higher than 5 starts I would 😊

I highly recommend Reset and my therapist Holly. I have been working with Holly for over a year and she has been an important piece of my recovery. It’s not just “talk” therapy, Holly understands the brain and how it works. She helps understand your past and how to work on your present. So thankful for her. The owner, Kerry, should have her own TV show, book, etc. she’s so smart and writes the best weekly newsletters. Deeply insightful, informative and inspiring. You can sign up for those for free.

I have to give at least one star...When trying to get in to see a therapist (who was my therapist at the time and had transferred to this place), they placed every barrier in my way possible. I filled out forms twice that they said they never received, was asked to give a credit card though my insurance covers 100% of therapy and ultimately am without a therapist because I was unable to jump through their hoops. It's a real shame companies like this are allowed to stay in business

Family outreach Center therapy services provide tools and support needed to overcome challenges. The therapists are compassionate, knowledgeable, and create a safe space for anyone seeking to heal and become your best self. I highly recommend to anyone seeking professional therapy services.

I was getting calls every week on the day of my appointment to cancel and then when I showed up one week they informed me that I didn't have an appointment, one of the managers came out and informed me that my therapist no longer worked there. I was placed with another therapist that had an office that was like sitting in the principals office, she was very judgmental of all decisions I made and I started dreading going to therapy. I finally just cancelled my appointments entirely and didn't go back to this office.

UPDATE-The Owner has not responded and no one has reached out since my review posting.

Their transportation sucks everything
