Reset Brain and Body in Ann Arbor, Michigan serves a broad range of client populations, including BIPOC, minority, and immigrant communities, neurodivergent clients, first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma survivors, women, college students, and helping professionals. Clinical care addresses anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), perinatal and postpartum concerns, and diet culture and body image.
The Ann Arbor location offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Additional services include art therapy, music therapy, therapeutic yoga, mindfulness-based practices, Gottman couples counseling, marriage counseling, wellness coaching, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic integration therapy, and SUMMT intensive therapy. I love this facility. I’ve seen more personal and mental health growth here than with any other facility I have worked with in the past. I appreciate the fact that this facility offered telehealth. Trauma therapy and trauma-based services are incredibly hard to find in Genesee County, let alone Michigan in general. So I am happy that this service is available to me still within Michigan, despite not being able to drive to the appointments all the time.

Dawn farm refuses to improve their training in helping people with Dual diagnosis. They wouldn't take me into their transitional housing for this exact reason. They let repeat relapsers come back yet won't give me a shot! Not to worry you're not losing that much money with me Dawn Farm.....shame on your organization.
