Mental Health Providers in Detroit, Michigan

I was connected to this "behavioral treatment" center via DWHIN for my son. The initial visit should have made me run, but I actually thought they were under DWHIN. The staff does not perform according to simple medical office procedure. There is a signed consent on file to share with myself hisother whom he lives with and I have to beg for the prescriber to call back with questions regarding his meds. Ms Lewis and Ma. Johnson never call back or comply to the signed consent. Instead of confirming who I am through my son or a pin like NORMAL medical practitioner offices. They rather use febble jargan to detour myself from assisting his progression in care.

Went there telling them I was suicidal and they made me leave after 3 hours

If I could to put zero stars I would. There is no help here. Wasted my time and gas. Just because I was a little late I didn't get any medicine or treatment. I'm disabled. This ain't no Job interview. Like I'm getting paid for showing up on time. They don't provide transportation for appointments either. They don't care about you. I wouldn't waste my time going here . Go somewhere else.

My son was at Stone Crest and had a very bad experience. If Stone Crest wants to get high reviews then maybe they should consult former and current patients on how to make things better.

Worst place ever. The people that work there nod out from methadone and they look for any reason to kick you out. I was thrown out in the dead of winter with nowhere to go. for going to the hospital and got called a liar and they also threw my bag of clothes away. The food is the same thing EVERY SINGLE DAY. lowest quality crap you could imagine. I would give them zero stars if I could. The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure how this place is still open. Literally the WORST rehab you can imagine.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Navuluri. He is, without a doubt, one of the worst psychiatrists I’ve ever dealt with. He doesn’t listen to your concerns and completely disregards your input during appointments. It feels like he does whatever he wants, even if it’s clear that you don’t agree or feel uncomfortable. His lack of empathy and attentiveness to my problems was truly shocking, and I felt more frustrated and unheard after each visit. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for genuine care or understanding.

Update: I reported them to the BBB and shortly after got my daughter's results and a call from the doctor. If you do go here and this happens, this may be the route to go to get what you are looking for. Still in the process, but I got my baby's results once the report was made to BBB.
