Fine and accomodating a nice place to meet understanding people

Don't believe the 5 star reviews. This place is an absolute mess. My kid has a new therapist every year, the therapists don't show up for zoom appointments, they lie about never receiving voice mails or emails because they can't be bothered to return them. Every time I have called during a crisis I never get a call back and all I hear from the front desk is take the child to the ER. This place needs to be investigated by state.

Super excited about the array of services that are offered. I'll definitely going to share the information with friends and family that are in need of so many different services for a mental health.

If you're looking for addiction therapy at all, avoid. There is ZERO attention paid to this, not a single thought paid to it.. Even certificates issued for time spent is labeled "biblical studies". Incredibly reckless

They are good people. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. Been a patient there for about over a year, and they seem good.

This clinic is beyond inept in their capabilities! I will never ever return to this clinic! They can't keep a full staff of Psychians or nurse's... and sometimes you can't be seen because of these staff shortages! They don't offer enough services for women of age... going thru menopausal or just age related services for women 60 and over need. Just horrible! And the Dentist she picks and chooses who she sees! You make an appt only for her to cancel and she never reschedule with you!

I was late for my appointment, and Jasmine went out of her way to get me in to see a doctor. For that I truly appreciate her service. If she had not done that, it probably would have been a month or so before I could see the doctor. Thank you very much.

When I called and asked for a open bed 🛌. They were full and offered me a chair to sleep on. I seen multiple fights and some guy was urinatimg on the floor. I wasn't offered any food when I told them I hadn't eaten in 2 days.

At this practice they openly disrespect, mentally abuse and neglect patients. If you actually need mental help keep looking this clinic set me back months. If you care about yourself or loved ones don't do it. This place is absolutely rock bottom and they will not be open long. Westland location.

Does anyone monitor the email address listed here and on the website? Multiple emails sent inquiring about MVF that have gone unanswered.

Excellent service. I've been clean and sober ever since I completed 5 months of treatment there. Good food also.

The staff is mostly excellent with the exception of one very important person: The Doctor. This guy is the absolute worst.

My mom goes to this clinic they’ve done nothing for her in the 3 years she’s been going there they just dropped her 55mg all at once my mom also has heart disease dropping her that much could kill her my grandmother is a nurse and says that’s obsured the doctor told my mother that after 155 mg for over a year is a very high dose and risky so they drop her 55mg at one time this place needs to be shut down I do not wanna lose my mother over them being incompetent my whole family is in the medical field they can’t believe this . These people have broken hippa laws as well they need to be shut down

I have volunteered with DRMM since 1990. I have taken bus loads of people on urban tours of their sites and collected sheets, towels, hygiene etc. Their facilities meet a huge need in Detroit and Highland Park and are run by incredible people. They are the largest mission in the USA with all their sites and feed and house thousands each day. I highly recommend this wonderful charity.

I called 211 seeking to speaking to CAM. Maybe I could become income based housing right? Working but in a shelter makes u spend a lot of money when there's things this place don't have. No laundry services (broke),etc etc. The lady gives me this place information and tells me to contact them but all this is technically is someone apartment searching for you. How the hell are you developing anything, much less a black family? SAVE THE BLACK MEN, RAISE THEM UP. We in jails or shelters as well as society. Tired of being looked at as a non humane because I'm struggling. The lady was helpful in regards to what she did have, but this isn't what you should be looking for as a housing place of u homeless.

Loren made us a lot of promises that the agency did certain things, then got nasty and rude when we asked for that assistance. Feels like we were lied to and just left to deal with everything on our own.
