Just got done with my dad’s first appointment with Billy. It has been super hard to get my dad the help he needs with his condition and the telehealth appointment she has available really helped out. This has been the most successful appointment we had so far. She is very caring , a great listener and understanding. She knows how to speak to her patients and make them feel comfortable. My dad did not want to attend to the appointment 5 minutes prior but she had made it a great experience for him. I’m so grateful to have found the brain bliss and pray this is the healing journey for my dad that we been looking for .🙏🏻

Let me start off by saying this is the most relaxing and comfortable place to be able to talk about anything. Morgan makes you feel so at ease and she is so welcoming. She is so nice and warm and generally cares about her patients. I feel like I finally found a place where I can talk about anything and there is no judgement. I can’t thank her and the rest of the staff enough for being so amazing. As long as they are around, I’ll never go anywhere else.

The therapist I was seeing would talk about herself more then we would talk about me during our sessions. She would even tell me (in detail) about her own traumas. I have significant trauma of my own to deal with. I can hardly handle that trauma. Having to process someone else's problems has really pushed me over the edge. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I felt unheard and unimportant.
